The leap from "2024 Mets were the best team I've ever seen OMG" to "How does this guy still have a job" in just two years even though Stearns manufactured both teams is just breathtaking.
If the Mets contended this year even on an outside shot they’d be way worse off than they are now. This is the most exciting Mets team in a long time. Doesn’t feel like it looking at the standings but we were out of it in May. So who cares? LGM.
