My friend and I were lamenting how visually hype the sequels were and how if they were as cool as the teasers implied they would’ve been awesome. The production design is largely great in the Disney movies. Too bad they were written and directed so badly.

Once again, he ( and cregger fans) seem to fundamentally not get the point of an adaptation. The fact that the movie was fun, is irrelevant to the point. It’s completely valid to not be happy that the adaptation isn’t actually adapting the source material. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
