Actually, I wanna add something I find HILARIOUS (in a not so hilarious way) about Pokemon Bank shutting down. They are shutting Pokemon Bank down, yet Nintendo (who are PART owners of Pokemon, 32%, they WERE part of the Palworld lawsuit) continues allowing Wii game downloads.

It's funny how they (or a company in general) can keep allowing game downloads all the way from 2006, which requires a SERVER to run, but can't keep up a server like Pokemon Bank, which was a REQUIREMENT to transfer even from one 3DS gen (6th) to another 3DS gen (7th).

THIS, is why if you are someone against digital, but don't have a big complaint over Pokemon Bank? Give a company an inch, and they will take full advantage of it. It will not surprise me if the Wii redownloads will stop soon, then people will be right about that too.

Came back on here to ALSO complain here, not just due to the Pokemon Bank thing, but at how what feels like the "general populace" of Pokemon responds to things normally. More below.

I'll add at least one more thing to this. People coping that Game Freak will "fix" this? This is the same company that showed a 3 FPS wind turbine in a trailer, and people going "it says not final on the trailer!" only to end up with the worst optimized Pokemon game in history.

My trust in Game Freak "fixing" shit is out the window, considering it sounds like when a product turns a year old (IF THAT) from them? They don't fix it. (Switch 2 optimization HONESTLY surprised me) After all they were releasing games SO FAST to keep that cash flow till recent

Hmm... interesting. Obviously already known most likely, but Deltarune on Steam actually is completely DRM free. I noticed there were no Steam files, copied the folder to my desktop, shut down Steam and the exe still worked. Makes Deltarune even better in that front then.
