🏐 I CALL BULL
The ultra modern game Gaelic chess doesn’t matter a damn unless every piece can do their job consistently and reliably.
Bag of balls, up the pitch, progressions, working sh!t out.
Get it done. Best of luck 👍
Sad to see Lamar’s season end so abruptly. Love watching him and King Henry for the Ravens. But that is the very nature of sport. Even at the highest levels of athleticism and resources. It can all be turned upside down in an instant. We are fragile.
The perfect tribute to a Champion.
Heartbreaking news that stopped every one of us in our tracks this morning. Thank you for all you gave us Ciara. ☘️
Ciara Mageean died this morning. A light has gone out in the world. Authentic, talented, decent. Her kindness and wonderful personality was a joy to watch and see. Then came her iconic sporting achievements.
When we sat down with Ciara for the GAA Social in July, she received disappointing news the day before. Ciara didn’t want to cancel, so we recorded on the Tuesday. It’s 90 minutes Oisin & myself will always treasure. She was the best of us.
To Thomas, I’m so sorry. She was mad about you. To the Mageean family, all her great friends and the Portaferry community- what a stunning human being, to call one of your own. This is so unfair.
I’ve never met a person who met Ciara, who didn’t love her. A one off.
Even better than Mickelson through the pines on the 13th at Augusta. 👏👏👏
Good win with minimal prep for Edendork. Clonduff simply couldn’t get any consistent possession off their own kickouts and it’s near impossible to compete with that. Fair play to them to stick in even withstanding that.
I know what we’re all thinking!! The fireworks in Newry would rival the New Years at Sydney Harbour Bridge. 😂😂😂
Ryan, do you prefer going to Mass or having a bath?
Would you like to have a soul full of hope
Or a hole full of soap?
😂😂😂🛁

Love a sneaky lineout play like this.
Despite neither player being part of the maul, it's great work from 9 and 7 to make the defence believe that they've just left it with the ball.
That opens the door and 8 steams through.

Watching ROD and DB getting their awards tonight brought it all back. These lads won in the Mayo jersey. The best Summer. Mayo4Sam26💚❤️

The Footballer of the Year 🏆
👏 Congratulations to Ryan O’Donoghue of @BelmulletGaa, the best Footballer in the Country.

Brilliant. 💚❤️🏐
The GAA Social is back and we’ve gone to Mayo. Jack Carney, midfielder, should pick-up his first All-star on Friday and has been shortlisted for POTY. We also talk 2027. It’s a beautiful listen.

For MORE DISTANCE on your kicks, 🔑 is contact.
Getting the path of your leg and foot driving in with
speed + power means
> time foot is on line through contact
> surface area delivering energy into the ball. 🛬🏐🛬
This is the time of year to practice. Power is a process. 👍
I have to own up and say I had the lend of a performance enhancing jersey for the Dublin marathon from my neighbour!! 😂💨💚❤️
Can you guess??
