Every Rep. AG should should sue Fauci into financial oblivion, regardless if it's frivolous or not! I want to see him spend most of his money on high-powered lawyers! #BankruptFauci #MakeFauciPoor

I DO NOT GIVE A FUCK ABOUT SEEING THE DOCUMENTS OF PROOF OF THEM STEALING OUR ELECTIONS.
I WANT TO SEE ARRESTS.

Sir, I have some expertise in Senate rules and precedent. In fact, at one time you were one of a dozen senators who paid me for that.
The talking filibuster will work.
Senators who refuse to do this to pass the SAVE America Act are the ones demoralizing their own base.
I marvel at the keyboard warrior-geniuses and grifters who are ignorant of Senate rules and precedents who have miraculously become experts in its arcane rules. Promising the moon and stars and yet destining Republicans for failure is a very effective way to demoralize our base and elect more Democrats in the midterms.

Texans:
We’re not electing a youth pastor. We’re hiring a wrench to keep the socialist toolbox from dismantling the state.
Paxton has scandals? Fine, but Talarico’s strutting around in a Jesus costume, blessing abortion mills, kid surgeries, and tax hikes that would make the IRS blush. All while rewriting Scripture like it’s a gender studies term paper.
I’m not praying to this guy. I’m voting for an imperfect candidate who’ll actually secure the border and leave me the hell alone.
Policy over perfection, folks. The heretic loses.

More important than his diet is James Talarico’s anti-medical freedom voting record:
• Voted NO on banning private employer vaccine mandates
• Voted NO on protecting Medicaid/CHIP patients from vaccine discrimination
• Voted NO on requiring informed consent for Covid-19 vaccines
• Voted NO on making school vaccine exemptions easier
• Voted NO on banning organ transplant discrimination based on vaccine status

This is the most detailed MRI scan of an unborn baby.
At just 20 weeks, she is moving, turning her head, kicking—even standing. Her beating heart is also visible.
Human life is a miracle.

If a bartender over serves someone and they get in to a wreck on the way home, why is the bartender held liable when a criminal court judge is not held liable when they let a killer out on the street to prey on us?

AUSTIN MAN rapes his niece in her sleep. Grandmother catches him fleeing the room naked, DNA evidence is collected, Child Abuse Unit handles the case -- and prosecutors drop both felony charges and let him plead to a misdemeanor.
Christian Funez, 35, is an illegal immigrant from Honduras.
He was charged with two counts of sexual assault, a second-degree felony carrying 2-20 years in prison each.
The victim told deputies she went to sleep and woke up to Funez on top of her. She hit on the wall to alert family but no one heard. Her grandmother eventually opened the door and saw Funez running out covering himself with his boxers. Physical evidence was recovered during a penile swab.
After indictment, Funez skipped town. A warrant was issued in July 2022. He was a fugitive for nearly two years before being caught in May 2024, and gave police a fake name.
Then came the plea deal.
Prosecutors dropped both felony sexual assault charges and reindicted the case as indecent assault -- a misdemeanor. Sentence: 364 days in county jail.
The false ID charge was dismissed too.
A child was raped in her own bed by a an illegal immigrant. There was physical evidence, an eyewitness. The suspect fled and hid for two years.
And Travis County prosecutors treated it like he got caught shoplifting at Target.

If you could all do me (and the Houston firefighters) a solid and share this article, I’ll buy you a beer (domestic only):
I first met @MartyLancton back when Sylvester Turner was mayor and Houston was still mopping up after Hurricane Harvey. The firefighters — the guys who literally pulled people out of rising water while the rest of us were refreshing the weather map — had campaigned for Turner in 2015. After a fight over pension reform, voters passed Proposition B in 2018 to give firefighters pay parity with police, and suddenly Turner was threatening hundreds of layoffs and a hiring freeze. He treated first responders like they were optional extras in his administration. In the post-storm glow of gratitude, that betrayal hit hard — even for folks who normally change the station when politics comes on.
Marty, president of the Houston Professional Fire Fighters Association, didn't just complain — he organized. He rallied the city, led protests at City Hall, and turned a labor fight into a community wake-up call. I interviewed him on my radio show during all of that chaos and even showed up to one demonstration myself where I threw on a firefighter helmet, grabbed a bullhorn outside while the mayor was inside deciding fates, and told yo-mama jokes to the onlookers. (“Yo mama so slow, she got lapped by a flood warning.”) The crowd laughed (sort of), the point landed, and the disconnect between the people and politicians was impossible to miss.

Collin, Dallas, & Harris Counties may soon be renamed Calcutta, Delhi, & Hyderabad Counties given how bad the invasion of un-assimilated & un-assimilable Indians has become.
Globalist corporations move to Texas to exploit our favorable economic climate.
Having contempt for native-born American workers, they then facilitate the H-1B scam for cheap labor.
All of it must be rolled back.
As AG, I’ll partner with the Trump Admin to re-open the books on all their “legal” paperwork. Deport most. Assimilate the rest.
At the same time, I’ll go after the gutless, treasonous corporations who have no loyalty to our state and who treat our country like a mere economic zone.
This is Texas, USA—not India or Pakistan.

The Clayton appointment is so unreal.
Geoffrey Berman was pressured to step down by the first Trump admin roughly a year after prosecuting Epstein in 2019 (as I recall it was around the time when Berman was targeting Steve Bannon). Bill Barr tried to have Clayton replace him in 2020, but was unsuccessful.
Clayton spent the time waiting to be ushered into that position by Trump earlier this year at Epstein associate Leon Black's Apollo Global in a board position they seemingly made JUST FOR HIM.
In other words, Clayton is the guy the 1st Trump administration and Bill Barr specifically wanted in to replace the people who had Epstein (and later Maxwell) arrested and when they couldn't do it, a super rich Epstein associate gave him tons of money and now he has been installed in that position to "investigate" Epstein.
How stupid do they think people are?

Texas senior senator @JohnCornyn said Jan 6 was like “9-11” and he begged the FBI to prosecute every protester.
Just remember, if you're a Federal employee that's worked hard to pay bills on time to maintain a good credit rating, you can thank the Democrats for hurting your credit score, which takes a lot of time & effort and is extremely hard to rebuild.
Hope you vote accordingly!
