⚖️NEW INDICTMENT⚖️Simon Guobadia has been federally INDICTED in Georgia on two tax-related felony counts.
The indictment was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia
A federal grand jury returned TWO counts of Assisting in the Preparation and Filing of a False Federal Tax Return
under 26 U.S.C. § 7206(2)
Prosecutors allege that on or about March 1, 2021, Guobadia willfully assisted in the preparation and filing of a federal Form 1040 and Schedule C that were materially false.
According to the indictment👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
• The return reported $0 in total taxable income
• Simcol Petroleum Limited Company reported approximately $45,084,530 in gross receipts or sales.
The government alleges Guobadia knew both his taxable income and the company’s gross receipts were actually higher than the amounts reported.
The second count concerns another tax return allegedly filed on or about July 11, 2021
That return allegedly reported👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
• $58,231 in total taxable income; and
• Approximately $30,950,944 in gross receipts or sales for Simcol Petroleum Limited Company.
Again, prosecutors allege Guobadia knew his taxable income and the company’s receipts exceeded the amounts reported.
⚖️COURT UPDATE⚖️There is a new discovery filing in Brandon Jovan Garrett V. Nicki Minaj and Pink Personality, Inc. Case
Garrett filed an Informal Discovery Conference Statement accusing Nicki Minaj and Pink Personality of failing to provide complete, verified discovery responses for months.
The filing was submitted ahead of the Court’s October 28, 2026 Informal Discovery Conference.
Garrett says he served initial discovery requests on both defendants in January 2026, including Form interrogatories, Special interrogatories and Requests for production.
According to Garrett, the defense missed its February deadline and later served responses consisting only of objections.
He says he then filed SIX motions to compel in April 2026.
Garrett further alleges that👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
• Some substantive responses were not served until July.
• Additional responses served in September were still UNVERIFIED.
• The defendants have never filed oppositions to any of the six pending motions to compel.
• He still does not have fully verified, code-compliant responses.
Garrett also tells the Court that he anticipates filing a separate motion to compel Nicki Minaj’s deposition, alleging the defense has not provided a single date when she is available to be deposed.
He argues that this is part of a broader pattern of discovery delay.
Garrett is asking the Court to👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
• Order both defendants to provide full, complete and verified discovery responses within 20 days.
• Award $3,900 per motion in monetary sanctions.
With six motions pending, Garrett is requesting a total of $23,400 against the defendants and their attorneys, jointly and severally.

⚖️COURT UPDATE⚖️Lil Durk, whose legal name is Durk Banks, is making a renewed push for RELEASE ON BOND following his recent federal acquittal.
His attorneys filed a new memorandum asking Judge Michael W. Fitzgerald to reconsider the detention order, arguing that circumstances have substantially changed since Durk was originally ordered detained.
The government OPPOSES his release.
Durk’s defense emphasizes that a jury has now found him NOT GUILTY on the charges that were tried involving the conspiracy that ended in the death of Saviay’a Robinson.
According to the defense, the jury rejected allegations that Durk👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
• Participated in the conspiracy to stalk Quando Rondo.
• Aided or abetted the stalking of Rondo or Robinson.
• Participated in the alleged murder-for-hire plot presented at that trial.
Durk still faces additional charges from a superseding indictment, so this filing does NOT end the criminal case.
One of the exhibits is a letter from Andrea Robinson, writing on behalf of Saviay’a Robinson’s family.
The letter states that the family does not object to Durk being granted bond if the Court considers release appropriate.
Jermaine Cole, professionally known as J. Cole, submitted a personal letter describing his experience working with Durk on their Grammy-winning song “All My Life.”
Cole says Durk specifically pushed for the song’s message of👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
• Change
• Peace
•Growth
• Maturity
Cole also describes visiting a juvenile detention center where he says numerous young people identified Durk as an artist they related to and cited “All My Life” as a favorite song.
Jay-Z submitted a letter asking the Court to grant Durk pretrial release.
Jay-Z describes Durk as kind, respectful and serious about his career and says he observed Durk becoming more focused on his faith and helping younger artists from his community find legitimate opportunities in the music industry.
Jay-Z also points to the recent NOT GUILTY verdict while acknowledging that additional charges remain pending.
Michael Rubin, co-chair of REFORM Alliance, also wrote in support of Durk.
Rubin describes Durk volunteering his time and platform for charitable work and says Durk independently offered to help with a clothing drive benefiting underserved children and families.
Former Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx separately urged the Court to release Durk on reasonable conditions, citing his acquittal and continued presumption of innocence on the remaining charges.
One of the biggest pieces of the proposed bond package comes from Sony Music Entertainment.
Sony informed the Court that it is prepared to👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
• Guarantee an appearance bond of up to $1 MILLION
• Allow Durk’s future earnings to be forfeited toward the bond in an amount determined by the Court.
Durk’s defense is also offering to encumber multiple streams of his future income, including👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
• Music royalties
• Publishing income
• Name/image/likeness revenue
• Merchandise, branding and sponsorship income
• Touring revenue.
The defense says additional collateral includes property and money pledged by family and friends.
Andre Norman, founder of Academy of Hope / Second Chance University, has offered to personally mentor Durk if bond is granted.
Norman tells the Court he would maintain direct contact with Durk, help ensure compliance with release conditions and involve him, with Court approval, in outreach to incarcerated adults and youth.

⚖️COURT UPDATE⚖️There are MULTIPLE new developments in the federal litigation involving Demoree Hadley and Desiree Perez.
Judge Beth Bloom has issued THREE new paperless orders, ALL DENIALS, while Perez has separately filed formal OBJECTIONS challenging a Magistrate Judge’s recommendation in another sanctions/disqualification dispute.
1. MOTION FOR SANCTIONS AGAINST DESIREE PEREZ — DENIED
The Court DENIED a motion seeking sanctions against Desiree Perez for allegedly👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
• Violating the Court’s August 13, 2026 privilege order.
• Obstructing her August 28, 2026 deposition.
Judge Bloom stated “There is no basis for the relief requested.”
2. MOTION TO STRIKE THE AMENDED COMPLAINT — DENIED
Judge Bloom also DENIED a motion seeking to STRIKE Hadley’s Amended Complaint.
The Court emphasized that striking a pleading is a SERIOUS SANCTION and found it was NOT warranted because there was no clear record of👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
• Delay
• Contumacious conduct
• Bad faith
• Fraud on the Court.
So the Amended Complaint remains intact.
3. MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION — DENIED
Judge Bloom separately DENIED another Motion for Reconsideration.
4. DESIREE PEREZ FILES OBJECTIONS TO MAGISTRATE JUDGE’S RECOMMENDATION
Perez has now filed formal OBJECTIONS to Magistrate Judge Lauren F. Louis’s October 15 Report and Recommendation concerning Perez’s separate request to Strike Hadley’s Amended Complaint; OR, Disqualify Hadley’s attorney, Hilton Napoleon II.
The Magistrate Judge had recommended that request be DENIED.
Perez is now asking Judge Bloom to conduct a DE NOVO REVIEW, meaning an independent review of the challenged portions of that recommendation.
Perez argues, among other things, that the Magistrate Judge👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
• Improperly relied on unsworn attorney argument over eight sworn declarations.
• Should have held an evidentiary hearing concerning disputed allegations of bad faith.
• Treated alleged false testimony and evidence issues as ordinary credibility disputes.
• Failed to consider Hadley’s alleged misconduct cumulatively.
• Incorrectly declined to disqualify Napoleon as trial counsel.
Perez specifically argues that Napoleon could become a material adverse witness because of alleged statements he previously made concerning Hadley’s truthfulness.
She is asking Judge Bloom to👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
• Reject the Magistrate Judge’s recommendation
• Conduct an EVIDENTIARY HEARING
• Reconsider sanctions
•Disqualify Napoleon from serving as Hadley’s trial attorney, or potentially from further representation depending on the Court’s findings.
• Require Hadley to obtain substitute counsel if disqualification is ordered.

⚖️COURT UPDATE⚖️There has been another development in Eric Dwayne Collins aka “RBX” V. Spotify USA Inc. case.
Spotify has now lodged a PROPOSED FINAL JUDGMENT with the federal court.
This comes after Judge Josephine L. Staton entered an order on October 23, 2026, GRANTING Spotify’s Motion to DISMISS RBX’s First Amended Complaint.
Spotify filed the proposed judgment on October 28, asking the Court to formally enter judgment following that dismissal ruling.
⚖️COURT UPDATE⚖️There has been a NEW development in Amy Huffman v. Roc Nation LLC, Jermaine Jackson, Daniel Berg, DRNX Water LLC, and DRNX LLC.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Valerie Figueredo has GRANTED Amy Huffman’s Motion for Leave to File a SECOND AMENDED COMPLAINT.
Huffman must now file the Second Amended Complaint on the docket no later than NOVEMBER 4, 2026
This means Huffman is now permitted to formally amend her lawsuit, including the changes she previously sought to make to her claims.
⚖️NEW FILING⚖️Content creator Nicolas Kenn De Balinthazy, professionally known as “SNEAKO,” has filed a NEW FEDERAL LAWSUIT against Immortal Snail LLC DUEL.COM.
The lawsuit was filed in the Southern District of Florida.
Sneako brings FIVE claims👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
1. Unauthorized Commercial Use of Name and Likeness
2. Common-Law Invasion of Privacy / Appropriation
3. False Endorsement under the Lanham Act
4. Defamation by Implication
5. Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress
Sneako alleges Duel and/or people acting on its behalf created and circulated realistic AI-generated videos falsely portraying him as👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
• Gambling on Duel
• Celebrating gambling winnings
• Praying over a blackjack table
• Directly promoting Duel
• Endorsing the platform as a supposed “Halal casino.”
Sneako says he NEVER authorized Duel to use his name, image, likeness, voice or persona and never made the endorsements attributed to him.
According to the complaint, at least one of the allegedly fabricated videos accumulated approximately 7 MILLION VIEWS before being removed.
Sneako alleges the fabricated gambling content conflicted with religious positions and beliefs publicly associated with him.
He claims the videos were realistic enough to make viewers believe he had genuinely partnered with or endorsed Duel.
The complaint further alleges people involved with Duel’s promotional operation publicly claimed they had been PAID or COMMISSIONED to create content involving Sneako.
Sneako alleges that after he publicly objected, additional AI-generated content appeared falsely portraying him as advocating violence against Christians.
The complaint also alleges Duel published claims that its headquarters had been subjected to a terrorist attack that Sneako says never occurred.
He claims influencers allegedly associated with Duel then falsely suggested that Sneako had inspired or incited that supposed attack.
Sneako argues this escalated the dispute from unauthorized advertising into false associations with religious violence and terrorism.
Sneako is asking for the following👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
• Preliminary and permanent INJUNCTIVE RELIEF
• Removal and cessation of fabricated promotional content using his identity
• Compensatory damages
• The reasonable royalty/commercial value of the unauthorized use of his likeness
•Duel’s profits attributable to the alleged conduct
• PUNITIVE and/or exemplary damages
• Attorneys’ fees, costs and interest
• A JURY TRIAL.
The complaint does NOT specify a fixed dollar amount of damages, although it alleges the amount in controversy exceeds $75,000.

⚖️COURT UPDATE⚖️A federal judge has GRANTED CTS Research Inc.’s Motion to Compel against BAM Trading Services Inc. Binance.US.
The dispute is part of a federal 28 U.S.C. §1782 discovery proceeding in the Southern District of Florida.
The Court had previously authorized CTS Research to serve Binance.US with a subpoena seeking documents.
According to the new order👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
• Binance.US was served in March 2026
• It acknowledged receiving the subpoena
• It asked CTS to provide certain transaction information in a format that would assist its search.
• CTS provided that information
• Binance.US later objected on the ground that it is NOT affiliated with Binance.com.
Magistrate Judge Lauren F. Louis ruled that Binance.US’s lack of affiliation with Binance.com does NOT excuse it from complying with the subpoena.
The judge emphasized that the Court’s prior order, the subpoena itself, and its definitions all specifically identify👇🏾
•BAM Trading Services Inc. d/b/a Binance.US as the discovery target.
•The subpoena does NOT seek discovery from Binance.com.
•The Court therefore found Binance.US’s objection insufficient.
Binance.US must comply with the subpoena within 21 DAYS of the October 27, 2026 order
CTS Research must also serve Binance.US with a copy of the order within 3 days and file notice with the Court confirming compliance.
⚖️COURT UPDATE⚖️A major discovery dispute has erupted in Linda Luna and Ayah Altayri’s lawsuit against Top Dawg Entertainment, Brandon Tiffith, Anthony Tiffith Jr. and David Harrell.
The parties filed a JOINT statement ahead of an INFORMAL DISCOVERY CONFERENCE
November 2, 2026 at 10:30 AM
The defendants say they are preparing to file a formal motion for sanctions over what they characterize as the intentional destruction of evidence, potentially asking for sanctions as severe as TERMINATING SANCTIONS, which could include dismissal-related relief.
According to the defense, a forensic collection of Linda Luna’s phone and laptop allegedly revealed that certain messages were missing even though portions survived through screenshots, reactions or the defendants’ own records.
The defense claims the allegedly missing messages included affectionate, flirtatious and sexual communications with Brandon Tiffith and Anthony Tiffith Jr. that they argue bear directly on CONSENT and CREDIBILITY.
They also accuse Luna of previously denying under oath that she deleted messages.
The defendants separately point to a handwritten journal Altayri allegedly referenced in a 2024 text as supporting her allegations.
According to the filing, Altayri later said the journal had been lost during a move.
The journal has NOT been produced.
The defense also highlights a June 2025 text in which Luna allegedly told Altayri to delete a Clubhouse profile after a preservation notice had already been issued.
Defendants argue these issues justify sanctions because potentially important contemporaneous evidence can no longer be fully reconstructed.
Luna and Altayri dispute the accusation of intentional spoliation.
Their attorneys argue👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
• Defendants have NOT shown that any messages were deleted AFTER a legal preservation duty arose.
• The cited messages date back to 2019 and 2020
• Luna denies deleting relevant messages after the lawsuit was filed.
• The defense forensic “gap report” does NOT establish intentional deletion.
• Altayri says her Clubhouse profile was already gone and contained nothing relevant.
• Her handwritten journal was lost during a move.
The plaintiffs also argue that many of the allegedly missing messages still survive through reactions, screenshots or other records, meaning the defendants have not suffered the type of prejudice necessary for case-ending sanctions.
The filing also says TDE’s own production contains missing-message gaps.
Plaintiffs point to one message thread involving Brandon Tiffith where certain sexually explicit messages allegedly appear in a photograph of the phone but are absent from the exported data.
They argue that missing electronic messages can occur through ordinary operation of electronic systems and do NOT automatically prove intentional destruction.

⚖️COURT UPDATE⚖️The copyright lawsuit filed against Drake, OVO Sound, UMG Recordings and Universal Music Publishing over the 2026 song “Janice STFU” has been DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
Producer/songwriter Aviel Calev Hirschfield filed a Notice of Dismissal on October 27, 2026, voluntarily dismissing THE ENTIRE ACTION under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a).
The lawsuit had accused Drake and the other defendants of copyright infringement over a chorus Hirschfield alleged he wrote and recorded before it appeared in “Janice STFU.”
But there will be NO merits ruling in this case as currently filed.
This was NOT a judgment that Hirschfield’s copyright allegations were false.
It was also NOT a ruling that Drake or the other defendants did not infringe his work.
Because the dismissal is WITHOUT PREJUDICE, Hirschfield is generally not barred by this dismissal itself from attempting to pursue the claims again.
The court docket also reflects the termination of the copyright action and reports the disposition to the U.S. Copyright Office.
⚖️NEW FILING⚖️Political streamer Hasan Piker has filed a NEW FEDERAL DEFAMATION LAWSUIT against CNN contributor and conservative commentator Scott Jennings.
The lawsuit was filed October 27, 2026 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
Piker brings THREE claims👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
1. Defamation Per Se
2. Defamation by Implication, pleaded in the alternative
3. False Light, also pleaded in the alternative
The lawsuit traces the controversy back to an October 2024 Twitch stream.
Piker alleges he was watching a political debate and sarcastically mocking a conservative commentator’s position when he referenced returning to a time when lynchings occurred.
According to the complaint, the original context showed Piker was ridiculing the other speaker rather than endorsing the statement himself. But in August 2026, Piker says a roughly 42-second video began circulating online that combined portions of THREE different Twitch broadcasts.
The complaint alleges the video👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
• Cropped and rearranged portions of the original streams.
• Removed the debate Piker was reacting tO
• Removed audience comments showing viewers understood the remarks as sarcasm.
• Removed words identifying the OTHER commentator as the subject of Piker’s ridicule.
• Reordered statements in a way Piker says materially changed their meaning.
On August 11, Jennings aired the edited video on The Scott Jennings Show. Piker alleges Jennings then made the situation worse by adding his OWN caption portraying Piker as saying he wanted to return to a time when lynchings occurred.
The complaint says Piker never made that purported first-person quotation.
Jennings is also accused of telling his audience that Piker was “calling for Black voters to be lynched” and referring to a supposed plan by Piker to bring lynchings back to the United States.
Later that day, Jennings allegedly repeated substantially similar accusations on X, Instagram and Facebook.
According to the lawsuit, Jennings’ X post accumulated approximately 2.5 MILLION views, while related Instagram and Facebook posts received approximately another 250,000 views.
Piker argues Jennings either KNEW the accusations were false or acted with reckless disregard for whether they were true.
The complaint points to several things in support of that allegation, including👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
• The allegedly fabricated quotation
• The edited nature of the video
• Jennings allegedly presenting the video as though it came directly from Piker’s Twitch stream.
• The availability of the full original broadcast
• Jennings’ alleged failure to retract the accusations after being challenged.
Piker says his attorneys sent Jennings a formal retraction demand on August 31, 2026.
According to the complaint, Jennings’ attorney acknowledged receiving it, but no correction or retraction followed.
Piker is asking for At least $27.5 MILLION in compensatory damages AND $45 MILLION in punitive damages
That puts the requested damages at at least $72.5 MILLION, before costs, potential attorneys’ fees and interest.
Piker alleges the statements damaged his reputation, professional relationships, sponsorship opportunities, business deals, audience growth and earning potential.
He has also demanded a JURY TRIAL.

⚖️COURT UPDATE⚖️There is a NEW development in 24/7 Productions (USA) Inc. V. Pink Friday Productions LLC and Nicki Minaj.
Judge Leslie A. Stroth has now SIGNED the Order to Show Cause concerning the request by Nicki Minaj and Pink Friday’s attorneys to WITHDRAW from the case.
The Court ordered that ALL PROCEEDINGS ARE STAYED while the withdrawal motion is pending.
That means the litigation is temporarily PAUSED until the Court addresses counsel’s request to be relieved.
ORAL ARGUMENT HAS BEEN SET!!! The Court scheduled the withdrawal motion for DECEMBER 1, 2026 at 10:00AM at New York Supreme Court.
The Court specifically directed ORAL ARGUMENT.
The signed order sets the following deadlines👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
•Service of the Order to Show Cause: November 4, 2026
•Opposition/answering papers: November 12, 2026
•Reply papers: November 23, 2026
The Court also added specific service instructions requiring efforts to personally serve the defendants, along with additional service methods.
If personal service cannot be completed, counsel must provide an affirmation detailing the efforts made to locate and serve the defendants.
If the Court ultimately grants the request by Kurzman Eisenberg Corbin & Lever, LLP to withdraw, the stay will continue for an additional 30 DAYS from service of the entered withdrawal order, unless the judge orders a different period, so Nicki Minaj and Pink Friday can retain substitute counsel.
⚖️NEW FILING⚖️50 Cent has filed a NEW FEDERAL LAWSUIT on behalf of his minor son against Tiallondra “Tia” Kemp.
The lawsuit was filed October 26, 2026 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
The complaint brings THREE claims👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
1. Libel Per Se and Slander Per Se
2. False Light Invasion of Privacy
3. Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress
The complaint centers on a series of social-media posts, livestream comments and a later red-carpet interview in which Kemp allegedly made statements about 50 Cent’s 14-year-old son.
The lawsuit alleges Kemp falsely claimed that the child haves the following👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
• Had an autism-spectrum diagnosis
• Had significant developmental impairments
• Could not speak or perform ordinary activities for a child his age.
• Had a medical condition supposedly caused by his mother’s sexual activity during pregnancy.
The complaint states that S.J. has never been diagnosed with autism or an autism-spectrum condition and does not have a developmental impairment.
The lawsuit also accuses Kemp of repeatedly SEXUALIZING the minor through comments about his mother and by allegedly placing content concerning the child alongside sexually explicit material. Because S.J. is a minor, I’m not repeating the most graphic language contained in the complaint.
The lawsuit alleges Kemp posted a childhood photograph of S.J. with his parents to her verified Instagram account, which the complaint says had approximately 799,000 followers.
According to the filing, that post received approximately👇🏾👇🏾
• 16,700 likes
• 951 shares within the first hour.
The complaint says S.J.’s image and name have been REDACTED from the court filing to protect his privacy.
According to the lawsuit, attorneys for Jackson and S.J. sent Kemp a written demand on October 20 telling her the statements were false and demanding that she remove them and stop publishing similar material.
The complaint alleges Kemp received the letter and subsequently posted part of it publicly rather than retracting her statements.
The lawsuit further alleges that Kemp repeated statements about S.J. during a recorded October 25 red-carpet interview, including another allegation that the 14-year-old could not speak.
The complaint argues that this continued publication after receiving written notice supports its allegation that Kemp acted with ACTUAL MALICE.
The complaint requests damages of NOT LESS THAN $2 MILLION on each of the three claims, with the ultimate amount to be determined at trial.
It additionally seeks👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
•Exemplary/PUNITIVE damages
•A PERMANENT INJUNCTION requiring removal of statements ultimately adjudicated false and defamatory and prohibiting their republication.
•Attorneys’ fees and costs
•Pre- and post-judgment interest
•A JURY TRIAL.

⚖️COURT UPDATE⚖️Cesar Humberto Pina AKA “Flipping NJ,” has formally submitted paperwork to PLEAD GUILTY to FOUR federal charges in New Jersey.
The plea documents were filed October 22, 2026.
Under his written agreement with federal prosecutors, Pina agrees to plead guilty to the following👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
1. WIRE FRAUD
2. CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT MONEY LAUNDERING.
3. BRIBERY concerning programs receiving federal funds
4. Using interstate facilities to facilitate unlawful activity, involving alleged bribery under New Jersey law..
In Schedule A of the plea agreement, Pina and prosecutors stipulate that the money-laundering offense involved MORE THAN $250,000 but LESS THAN $550,000
The agreement further states that Pina knew or believed the laundered funds were proceeds of, or intended to promote, an offense involving the manufacture, importation or distribution of a CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE.
For the bribery-related counts, the parties also stipulate that👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
• The conduct involved MORE THAN ONE BRIBE.
• The value of the payments or benefit involved was MORE THAN $40,000 but NOT MORE THAN $95,000.
• The conduct involved a public official in a HIGH-LEVEL DECISION-MAKING OR SENSITIVE POSITION.
If Pina enters the guilty plea, is sentenced on these charges and otherwise complies with the agreement, the U.S. Attorney’s Office says it will NOT bring additional criminal charges against him for several categories of conduct identified in the agreement.
Those include alleged conduct involving👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
• His real-estate investment fraud scheme from approximately 2017–2023.
• Money laundering for narcotics traffickers and other offenders.
• Laundering money represented by undercover law enforcement to be drug proceeds.
• Alleged false statements to law enforcement.
• Alleged obstruction of the investigation/prosecution.
• Alleged bribery involving Paterson public officials connected to real-estate development matters.
The plea agreement lists statutory maximum prison terms of👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
• Wire fraud — 20 YEARS
• Money-laundering conspiracy — 20 YEARS
• Federal-program bribery — 10 YEARS
• Interstate-facility offense — 5 YEARS
The agreement specifically states that the prison terms may run consecutively. That does NOT mean Pina will receive 55 years. The plea agreement makes clear that sentencing remains within the judge’s discretion, subject to federal law and consideration of the advisory Sentencing Guidelines.
Pina also agrees to mandatory restitution on the wire-fraud offense and to criminal FORFEITURE of property or proceeds connected to the offenses.

⚖️COURT UPDATE⚖️Attorneys representing Nicki Minaj and Pink Friday Productions LLC are asking to WITHDRAW from the ongoing lawsuit brought by 24/7 Productions (USA) Inc.
On October 23, the law firm Kurzman Eisenberg Corbin & Lever, LLP filed an application asking the New York Supreme Court to relieve the firm as counsel for both defendants.
According to attorney Bruce W. Bieber, “irreconcilable differences” have developed between the law firm and the defendants concerning the representation.
The filing states the following👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
• Counsel and the defendants have been unable to agree on LITIGATION STRATEGY.
• The attorney-client relationship has “irretrievably broken down”.
• There has also been a BREAKDOWN IN COMMUNICATION.
The attorneys say continued representation is no longer feasible or appropriate but declined to publicly disclose the underlying confidential communications.
They told the Court they would provide additional details in camera, meaning privately to the judge, if necessary.

⚖️COURT UPDATE⚖️U.S. District Judge J. Paul Oetken has GRANTED Sean Combs’s attorneys permission to WITHDRAW from representing him in Rodney Jones V. Sean Combs case.
Combs’s counsel had moved to withdraw on September 24TH, citing NONPAYMENT of legal fees; and A BREAKDOWN IN COMMUNICATION with Combs. Neither Rodney Jones nor Combs opposed the request.
The Court found GOOD CAUSE and granted the withdrawal.
Within FOUR WEEKS of the October 22 order, Combs must either Have NEW COUNSEL appear in the case; or File a letter telling the Court he intends to proceed PRO SE, meaning he will represent himself.
Rodney Jones previously filed a motion seeking to DISMISS Combs’s counterclaims.
Combs had not yet filed an opposition.
The Court has now extended his deadline to respond until DECEMBER 4, 2026
If Combs does NOT file an opposition by that date, Judge Oetken says the Court will treat Jones’s motion as UNOPPOSED.
The Court also terminated the withdrawing attorneys from the docket.
Separately, the Clerk was directed to remove Love Records and Combs Global Enterprises as parties because the Court had already dismissed all claims against them in an earlier ruling.

⚖️COURT UPDATE⚖️A federal judge has DENIED Christopher Blake Griffith’s Motion to Transfer Venue in his ongoing lawsuit with Stefon Diggs.
The case will remain in the Southern Division of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
Griffith had asked the Court to move the case to Maryland’s Northern Division.
But Chief Magistrate Judge Timothy J. Sullivan found that Griffith failed to show the case could have been brought there in the first place.
The Court noted👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
• Diggs resides in Montgomery County, which is part of the Southern Division.
• Griffith is not a Maryland resident.
• Many of the relevant events occurred in Montgomery County.
• Griffith did not identify specific events that occurred in the Northern Division.
Griffith also argued that keeping the case in the Southern Division could create an unfair jury pool because Diggs plays for the Washington Commanders, whose stadium is located in Prince George’s County.
He argued that potential jurors could include fans or stadium employees with personal or financial interests in Diggs’ reputation and standing with the team.
The Court rejected that argument.
Judge Sullivan said the Court would not presume Prince George’s County residents would favor Diggs simply because he plays for the Commanders.
The judge also noted that roughly 60% of the potential jury pool would come from other counties in the Southern Division and if individual jurors are biased, the Court said the normal jury-selection process, VOIR DIRE, is the proper safeguard.
Griffith also argued that because some of the alleged defamatory statements were made online, the events effectively reached a Maryland-wide audience.
The Court said that argument was too broad, noting that social media’s international reach could theoretically justify transfer almost anywhere.
