Why is my whole timeline GP bashing?
Never nice when you spend all day at work, seeing 30+ patients and knowing you've worked hard, to see the consensus being GPs sit in a room doing nothing all day?
Each to their own I guess...

A brother from Birmingham got hit by a car near Green lane Masjid a couple days ago as he was returning from Fajr.
Unfortunately he has passed away, may Allah grant him Jannatul Firdaws Ameen!
What a majestic death, you'll die the way you live subhanallah, the best of Endings ❤️

The learning curve as a new GP has been steeper and more difficult than I could have anticipated. Medicine is such a broad and never ending vast abyss of knowledge, and each person is unique.
It's an honour to do what I do but also very very frightening at times!

Hours waiting in A&E. Weeks for a GP appointment. Yet thousands of NHS doctors ready to help the public are being locked out of the system.
Doctors need training jobs to qualify as Consultants and GPs; but the Government has capped the available number, creating a bottleneck that leaves doctors unemployed and patients waiting longer.
This year there were 30,000 doctors applying for 10,000 NHS training posts. That’s the scale of the crisis Westminster won’t talk about.
With no credible solution from @wesstreeting, this jobs crisis is one of the reasons @BMAResidents will be striking from the 17th of December.
Patients need doctors.
Doctors need jobs.
The Government needs to act.

Been a rollercoaster of a time and over 11 years since I started medical school! So grateful for all the ups and down life has thrown, and extremely honoured to have gotten here 🎉😊
