Just finished my first networking lab 🖥️
Built 2 virtual machines in VMware, assigned static IPs, and confirmed connectivity with ping. Then I broke the connection on purpose and troubleshot it back to working.
Biggest lesson: YAML indentation in Netplan is unforgiving 😅. Next?

✅ Managed: no be wahala everywhere
✅ Measurable: you must see the numbers
✅ Sustainable: e must last

Confession: hashing confused me 😅
Here's my understanding so far: a hash turns any data into a fixed "fingerprint." Same input = same hash. Change one letter = totally different hash. You can't reverse it.

A Demilitarized zone(DMZ) is like a shop's front counter 🏪
Customers reach the counter, never your back office.
Public servers sit in this middle zone, so even if they're attacked, your internal network stays protected.
