In Operation "CleanUp" there are several components that need to be addressed and in TIPS case, we see the need to clean up over a billion free trading shares issued under 3a10. This will require our funding partners stepping up and actively acquiring as much of the market overhang as they can buy, while absorbing selling from flippers and sketchy trade desks. There will also be share cancelations and the injection of revenue, which should lead to corporate buy backs. This clean up is going to some time and it wont happen overnight but we are excited about the journey and what this will mean for our shareholders.
