We’re glad to welcome Doppler Finance to Canton Foundation as a Member.
@Doppler_Fi builds financial infrastructure for tokenized assets, and will contribute to Foundation committees covering network incentives, application accountability, and collateral infrastructure.
Doppler Finance is unaffected by the reported Binance incident. All user assets remain safe, and our operations continue as normal.
Our asset management framework incorporates off-exchange settlement (OES) services, including Ceffu, to support custody and settlement arrangements designed to mitigate exchange counterparty risk.
Safeguarding user assets remains our highest priority.

- XRP Vault: This week’s yield was approximately 3% APR.
- RLUSD Vault: This week’s yield was approximately 7% APR.
Users can check their XRP and RLUSD balances and view the yields they’ve earned on both the Vault and Manage pages.
Yield distribution is calculated based on the average balance over the week.

Privacy will become increasingly important as blockchains see wider adoption as financial infrastructure.
We’re already seeing this across multiple ecosystems, including the XRPL, where privacy is becoming a key focus.
At @doppler_fi, we may not be building zk capabilities ourselves, but we’re always exploring how to integrate available privacy features in ways that benefit our users and clients.
We’ll keep sharing articles on how we plan to adopt features like XLS-96 and turn those plans into working implementations.
Privacy is not optional for institutional finance.

We are updating the initial circulating supply allocation of base:0x07b3d902783c3c12b077508c3b5c00113d1291d0 from 10.0% to 11.39% to support future exchange listings.
The additional 1.39% comes from the Ecosystem & Incentives allocation, increasing the portion of this category designated for initial circulation.
To clarify, the actual circulating float remains unchanged at 10.0%.
The updated 11.39% figure reflects potential future adjustments to the circulating float. It does not itself release additional tokens into the market.
The additional 1.39% are held in a designated wallet on Base and have not been distributed into market circulation. Although included in the updated unlock figure, they remain held in reserve.
