Doppler Finance is unaffected by the reported Binance incident. All user assets remain safe, and our operations continue as normal.
Our asset management framework incorporates off-exchange settlement (OES) services, including Ceffu, to support custody and settlement arrangements designed to mitigate exchange counterparty risk.
Safeguarding user assets remains our highest priority.
Privacy will become increasingly important as blockchains see wider adoption as financial infrastructure.
We’re already seeing this across multiple ecosystems, including the XRPL, where privacy is becoming a key focus.
At @doppler_fi, we may not be building zk capabilities ourselves, but we’re always exploring how to integrate available privacy features in ways that benefit our users and clients.
We’ll keep sharing articles on how we plan to adopt features like XLS-96 and turn those plans into working implementations.
Since launch, @doppler_fi has consistently published transparency reports.
I believe transparency between lenders and borrowers is critical if lending is to become one of the core pillars of XRPfi.
This matters even more with XLS-66d, where lending is based on credit rather than overcollateralization.
At Doppler, we’re not just building infrastructure to enable these financial activities. We’re also working on the foundations needed to make them reliable and sustainable over the long term.

XRP deposits continuing to grow even after TGE is encouraging for both the team and the community.
@doppler_fi is growing sustainably, driven by real demand and delivering value beyond the token.
For much of crypto’s history, most services were standalone products whose main appeal was farming their own tokens. When token prices fell or airdrop campaigns ended, demand dried up, and the services gradually faded away.
But since the last cycle, a meaningful shift has started to emerge: some DeFi projects are becoming established infrastructure for financial activity.
They are being integrated into exchanges and custody platforms to power lending and trading. As traditional financial institutions and fintech companies adopt blockchains as core infrastructure, this trend is accelerating.
Ecosystems like ripple:native and canton-network:native are also carving out their own distinct domains, with institutional partnerships gradually translating into real-world adoption.
As a founder of @doppler_fi, I believe we need to understand what infrastructure these ecosystems need—and build it. Meeting those needs is how we can help these expanding ecosystems grow faster and create lasting demand for what we build.
Narratives like XRPfi are gaining traction, but I believe their staying power will ultimately depend on whether the builders succeed in building an infrastructure that finds clear product-market fit.

I think crypto founders’ lack of long-term ambition did more to erode this industry’s talent density than we admit.
Crypto is fundamentally trust infrastructure. Building something that meaningfully improves the financial system is a (long) compounding game. It takes a decade of focus.
But when prices go crazy every year, there are endless ways to make stupid money: speculation, advisory gigs, scattered investments, farming. It’s been very easy to get distracted.
The good news: it’s gotten SO MUCH better. Many short-sighted founders and projects have moved on.
Tangible impact attracts the best people. And we’re finally seeing concrete improvements in payments, financing, and trading from bringing them onchain.
As an industry, we should do more to make those improvements visible. Our “ChatGPT moment” will come when people open their financial app and feel a step change in what they can do and at what price, without needing to know that stablecoins, DeFi, or tokenized stocks made it possible.
I think we’re close. That’s what will drive the next wave of adoption, and make the most ambitious people want to build here.

Did you miss this? @doppler_fi to bring yield to your #CC
In many DeFi projects, it is common to see TVL drop right after the TGE. Honestly, we also had some concerns about TVL falling post-TGE.
However, our XRP deposits have been continuously growing, which proves the real demand for XRPfi.
Moving forward, our focus is to keep building the infrastructure so that more XRP holders and institutions can make full use of XRP.
👀The capital stayed for the XRP yield.
Too many token launches are a TVL story that ends the day the airdrop hits. @doppler_fi was different. The base:0x07b3d902783c3c12b077508c3b5c00113d1291d0 TGE was September 28. Nine days later, DefiLlama still shows raw XRP in the protocol at 88M with no post-airdrop hangover. XRP deposits climbed through 2025, stepped up hard into 2026, and held after the token went live on Binance Alpha, OKX, Kraken, and KuCoin.

DeFi now has its missing player: a protection layer for onchain capital.
What stands out to me about Ripple Prime is that it isn’t simply a crypto-native prime brokerage product.
Its infrastructure is designed to span both sides of the market: digital assets and traditional finance. FX, fixed income, listed and OTC derivatives, equities, and crypto can all sit within a single prime brokerage relationship, with cross-margining across asset classes.
That says a lot about Ripple’s broader direction.
They are not building financial infrastructure that stops at the onchain boundary. They are building toward an institutional stack that connects traditional finance and digital asset markets.
If institutional adoption of blockchain continues to deepen, I believe this positioning will become increasingly valuable — and could be a meaningful driver of Ripple’s next phase of growth.
Great to see @Ripple Prime deepen our relationship with Brevan Howard, now providing multi-asset prime brokerage, clearing and financing across their funds.
TradFi and digital markets are converging, and top-tier managers want one regulated platform for both 🚀

Crypto events get bigger every year, and not just in headcount. The quality of the room changes too.
A few years ago these were events for degens. Now they've gone past crypto-native institutions to traditional financial institutions and large fintechs showing up as participants, not spectators.
Most of my meetings this week were with institutions that aren't crypto-native. That turned out to be a useful exercise. It forced me to think, from their side of the table, about what blockchain actually needs before it reaches and gets used by a much wider audience.
That's what we're building at @doppler_fi: the infrastructure layer for those institutions, and the core pieces that have to exist before this technology gets adopted more broadly.

Proud to be part of @XRPSEOUL 2026, one of the $XRP community’s biggest gatherings, and to see Doppler overlooking the city from N Seoul Tower.
Thank you to everyone who joined us in Seoul.

Flare's next wave of adoption could come through platforms XRP holders already use. Doppler is opening another door.
@doppler_fi announced on October 3 that XRP holders will soon be able to access Flare's FXRP vaults directly through its platform. @FlareNetworks confirmed the plan.
The reach matters: in its September 28 update, Doppler reported 14,000+ depositors and over $150M deposited across its XRP and RLUSD vaults since launch. Those are Doppler's historical figures; Flare inflows are still to be earned.
Here is why I'm bullish: an established XRP platform is choosing to bring Flare's products to its users. That could put FXRP vaults in front of people already looking for ways to put their holdings to work.
The integration is upcoming, with launch details still to come. Successful delivery could widen Flare's audience and bring more capital into its ecosystem.
Better products need more routes to customers. Flare is building both, and I think the opportunity for $FLR is getting much bigger. ☀️

More ways to use ripple:native, without more places to go looking.
Doppler 🤝 @FlareNetworks
Together, we’re turning ripple:native into working capital.
Soon, ripple:native holders will be able to access Flare’s FXRP vaults directly through Doppler.
