This is why Republicans lost every statewide office and the State House in Georgia. I’m trying to lower your bills and you guys are asking me where I’m going to pee.

The thing I’ll never forget about @AbdulElSayed is that I met him at the ICE protests at the Whipple building in MN.
It was below 0. No press conference, no big speech. Minnesotans were fighting for our lives. And he stepped away from campaigning to be in solidarity with us.

Just witnessed a heated confrontation on the Berlin subway over whether the new weighting technique of the New York Times polls is sufficient to correct for nonresponse bias among white Trump voters without a college degree; thank God I was able to calm things down 🙏

Cohen’s “Hallelujah” is not a Christmas song.
It’s a Jewish song about romance, passion, pathos, and fuckin’.
If what's actually going on here is another toxic idiot attaching himself to a woman and blowing up her life while she insists it's her idea and they're soulmates I swear to xhrist

Former Michigan Governor Jim Blanchard — a longtime friend and supporter of Haley Stevens — says he was having dinner on Friday with Stevens and her fiancé, and that Stevens was excited to attend the church service with Jim Clyburn and Abdul El-Sayed.
Blanchard said that Stevens’ fiancé, Jason Turkish, began chiding her at the dinner.
“He was working her over. The way he was saying it was, ‘Everyone is disappointed in you, they did everything they could to help you and then immediately after you lose the primary, you endorsed him.’”
“He was all distraught,” he said.
“He was all strung out about Abdul. I let her know, he’s not a good influence.”
Blanchard remained in touch with Stevens throughout the weekend and expected her to attend the church service. He only found out from the news that she was at the service with Rogers and endorsing him.
“Something snapped in her. And it snapped in 24 hours,” Blanchard told Zach Gorchow of State Affairs.
“And I don’t know what.”
Blanchard, clearly pained by the situation, said several times, “This is not the Haley I know.”
He lamented Turkish’s “terrible political judgment.”

Abdul is a Rhodes scholar, public health administrator and expert, and brilliant politician. What, other than his identity and opposition to a blank check for Israel (shared by most voters), are you worried about?
Are people really staying up at night worried about the hormonal composition of athletes? And even if they are, is it worth further marginalizing an entire vulnerable population while also subjecting any woman not perceived as 'feminine' to...genital inspections? Get a GRIP

Working-class white people are burning down the homes of black working-class people, at the instigation of the world's only trillionaire. How has it come to this?

This is possibly the saddest thing I've seen in a long time..an immigrant nurse talking about fleeing her home..she saved her UNIFORM. So she could still WORK for our communities.
I'd fill this country with a thousand of this woman than one of those good for nothing thugs.
God help this poor woman.

I am a legal migrant from NY. I was advised to leave my office early last night, to avoid walking home in Belfast alone, and today I was advised not to leave my home + all mtgs cancelled.
Why? Because I am Black. It was never about legal/unlawful immigration (which is falling!).
