Wealthy influencer Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo, also known as Denisi or Ego, has died at 43 after undergoing a penis enlargement procedure during a vacation in Thailand. Ubiribo had hyaluronic acid and lidocaine injected at a clinic in Bangkok before later complaining of chest pain and passing out twice. He was rushed to the hospital, where doctors diagnosed him with a pulmonary embolism. A U.K. postmortem later found material matching the hyaluronic acid in his lungs, and a coroner ruled that the cosmetic procedure caused the fatal embolism.
