All of us are on a spiritual journey to learn that we are souls, not bodies, that only love is real and eternal, and that our consciousness continues after the death of the physical body. We grieve our lost loved ones, yet we are always being reunited. We are never alone.
Life is endless, so we never die; we were never really born. We just pass through different dimensions. We existed before our birth and we will exist after physical death. There is no end. We are souls, not bodies, and we reincarnate to understand the truth of unconditional love.
Observing thousands of my patients finding loved ones in past lives, reunited in their present lifetime, or getting messages from the other side, I know that we’re never alone. We are bonded together through eternity. We grieve the physical loss but our souls are never separated.
I taught a patient of mine how to meditate. She learned to still her mind and stay in the present moment. Then she discovered the most beautiful tree. It was growing in front of her house.
Our lives may have many obstacles and much pain. But sometimes a soul will choose a challenging lifetime in order to accelerate its spiritual progress, or as an act of love to help others. A hard life is not a punishment, but rather an opportunity for growth and love.
Love never ends. So many of my grieving patients have received this message from their departed loved ones: “Do not grieve so much for me. I am still here, I am always with you, and I will love you forever.” Experiencing this, knowing this, their grief has lessened.

When the world seems heavier, filled with troubles, remember about patience & timing. Everything comes when it must come. A life cannot be rushed. We feel like pushing the river...we don’t want to wait. The river flows on at its own speed. There’s always a timing, always a plan.
With so much tragedy around us, we might lose hope and fall into a state of spiritual amnesia. Remember that when we die and our souls cross to the other side, we do not take our money or physical possessions with us. We take our loving actions, our acts of kindness, our wisdom.
Life is endless. We do not truly die, nor were we ever truly born. We pass through different dimensions of being. We existed before this life, and we will exist beyond physical death. There is no final ending. We are not bodies with souls, but souls temporarily in bodies.
When we understand that our struggles are chapters in a much longer story, patience grows.
Compassion deepens. We begin to see ourselves not as broken, but as evolving. Each lifetime offers opportunities to refine courage, forgiveness, kindness, and wisdom.
We are not here in physical form by accident or coincidence. We are here to awaken. And perhaps, in quiet moments of reflection, you may sense it too, that gentle whisper within, urging you toward growth, toward understanding, toward love. That whisper is the voice of your soul.
