The number one prepper thing that is essential should the systems ‘go down’. Headphones! When the internet stops and husbands have nothing to do, hahahaha Just stay far out of their way and keep your sanity. Yeah, the headphones don’t need to be on the internet but on your head! Have them close by ahahahaa

Remember ‘cliff notes’ from the 70’s? They were the beginning of an AI set up we never noticed. ‘Summarize the topic and characters’. Bought one for War and Peace. Got an A on that paper! That book was huge!!!! Time to read it for real.

It’s not always keep tossing supplements or vitamins, the liver is bogged down already!
Low vitamin D can cause insulin resistance. Correcting vitamin D insufficiency reduced HOMA-IR by 1.4 points (improving insulin sensitivity) in obese adolescents. “Correction of poor vitamin D status... may be an effective addition to the standard treatment of obesity and... insulin resistance.” Experimental vitamin D deficiency causes reversible insulin resistance in lean mice. “Vitamin D deficiency induces insulin resistance. Its supplementation has significant beneficial effects on pathophysiological mechanisms in type 2 diabetes but only in lean phenotype.” nitter.cf/lowmegatron/status/211…

In light of recent uncovering of vaccines being given with or without ‘informed consent’ to children in hospitals, might we ask if these are randomly being given in other venues? Might we also start to shake up elder care and ask how many vaccines does an elder person have in their lifetime and how did they contribute to ill health over decades? Might we also ask, when is an elder unaware of what they have been given in a lifetime as there are spotty record keeping systems over decades and NO medical records talk to each other?

A philosophical observation of the awakened world today, consider: If you have noticed the chaos or confusion many may be currently experiencing Take a moment to catch your breath Let them speak Let them voice Take a moment and stop You are not meant to fix You are not meant to lead You are not meant to teach The split has occurred Each paradigm is existing within the earths gravity at this moment Hold your own space All is well. The world is changing rapidly and we are beholding the growing pains. Hold on and find one moment of silence a day, our heart is depending on us. Have you felt the pull of this world changing in health, society, philosophy, or life success?

When we state ‘I don’t know but I will find out’ we become a source for others who seek help. We have zero ego and unlimited resources.

The most important line in this ‘unreliable reporters if their symptoms’. As a patient, chronic illness, long covid, migraine, we should be outraged with this statement. We ARE the only reporter of our own human body. Regardless of outside speculation, observation, or judgement. PLEASE keep voicing what you need. We are changing the terrain.
How many patients are falsely labeled as irritable when they are just trying to get the medical care they need? As a victim of medical malpractice, I find this article repulsive. When I was denied emergency medical care, I had multiple inappropriate labels put in my medical records. I was just trying to get the diagnostic test and referral I needed. I am now permanently disabled bc of that denial. The medical mafia considers me a difficult patient. They care more about incompetent physicians complaining about emotional exhaustion than they do about the fact that labeling me a difficult patient contributed to blatant medical malpractice. Title of article: Irritable Patients Can Affect Care More Than Expected “According to the study, which examined the particularly high-pressure setting of emergency care, irritable patients appeared to take an emotional toll on doctors. Physicians reported feeling more anger, anxiety, and fatigue when caring for these patients. They also said they were less engaged in the care of irritable patients and more likely to view them as unreliable reporters of their symptoms.”

So just how much of an effect will Starbase have in Louisiana and its fragile aging infrastructure? Time will tell. The state has sold its soul.
SONIC BOOM TONIGHT: Space X Falcon Heavy set to launch at 11:53PM from Cape Canaveral and you will hear the loud, window rattling, ground shaking sonic boom 7-8 mins after launch around Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. The boom may still be heard well inland, although fainter and around 10-11 minutes after launch. Falcon Heavy's side boosters as they return to Earth cause this. When the twin side boosters break the speed of sound during their descent, they generate compressed air waves that hit the ground as loud, double-thumping sonic booms. SpaceX is scheduled to launch a classified national security payload tonight using its Falcon Heavy rocket. The mission, codenamed NROL-97, is being conducted for the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), America's spy satellite agency.

The theory that something treats one thing in your body and is harmless to other parts of your physiology is short sighted as nothing is a working through a treatment silo. Everything is affected when you pour it inside your human vessel. And the concept of patients checking health on social media is a god send to those physicians who choose to dump ego in place of supporting the patient. The more eyes finding information and the patient no longer being passive is leading to better outcomes. The real fear of physicians is risk.
When a patient asks about BPC-157, the mechanism is the part worth explaining. Vikas Patel, an emergency medicine physician who also runs a longevity practice, gets calls every week from patients and prospective patients asking about peptides they heard about on podcasts and social media. His answer on BPC-157 starts with how it is supposed to work. It is thought to repair tissue through angiogenesis. "It increases blood flow to areas that may not be getting good blood flow, which is the issue of tendons and ligaments." That is the appeal for someone with a rotator cuff injury or tendonitis that has been nagging for months. Then the concern, in his words: "if it's increasing blood flow in one location, it can also be increasing blood flow to potential cancer cells, and that's the long-term concern. Are you expediting the growth of something like a cancer?" Nobody can answer that yet. A trial that enrolled 42 patients in 2016 closed without ever reporting results. The documented human data since then is a handful of patients, and the reports say nothing about whether it worked. There is no long-term data at all. What he does with that uncertainty is the useful part for clinicians. He doesn't refuse the conversation. "If we're absolutist about anything, especially when we don't know the answer, we're going to lose trust." He sorts the evidence out loud: what we have information on, what we have no information on, and what we have anecdotal evidence for. He answers the question patients really want answered: would he do it himself, and would he recommend it for his own child or his wife. He separates a short course from a lifetime. Using something for six weeks toward a specific goal is a different question from staying on it for 30 years, because nobody has long-term data on any of this. And he admits what he doesn't know. When patients ask about something he can't answer, he tells them he will research it and get back to them. His reason is practical. "I'd much rather have them get the information from me than look it up on TikTok." Patients aren't completely wrong to look for something they're not getting from traditional medicine, he says, and if physicians can't meet them where they're at, the trust gap never closes.
