In the cases of certification of actual disabilities we face large corruption from ground level to top level... no actual standards for disability percentage classification.
Sadly the Truth..
Given the new fangled KYC left, KYC Right, Re-KYC norms by the Govt of India and the Puja Khedkar case, I have come to a very sad realization
India might be the only country in the world where the identity verification process for buying insurance, LPG cylinder or a toll opening device is more difficult and thorough than what We Have for selecting our top bereaucrats.
Here I won't be able to get a new SIM card if there is a slight mismatch in my name but Puja Khedkar managed to clear UPSC and get appointed as IAS by just changing her surname.
Food and hunger and Taste and delicacies don't travel in the same lines ....
