Heartiest greetings on the 79th Foundation Day of Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh. A pioneering institution that has shaped generations of doctors and strengthened healthcare across Northeast India. May its legacy of excellence and service continue to inspire!
Warm greetings to my brothers and sisters across the country celebrating their State and Union Territory Formation Days today.
The rich cultural heritage, vibrant traditions, and remarkable diversity of every region are integral to the strength and identity of our great nation. It is this diversity, united by our shared spirit of belonging, that makes Bharat truly magnificent.
My heartfelt wishes to everyone celebrating. May every state and Union Territory continue to prosper and flourish.
Jai Hind! 🇮🇳
Paying homage to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Ji on his 151st birth anniversary, observed as Rashtriya Ekta Diwas.
When India won freedom, it was a nation in pieces, with over 560 princely states yet to be united. Sardar Patel's resolve, vision and statesmanship turned that uncertainty into one Republic. Every Indian who calls this country home today, from the hills of Meghalaya to the plains of Assam, lives in the unity he forged.
On this day, let us pledge to protect that unity and to stand firm against every force that seeks to divide us.
Jai Hind. 🇮🇳
Birthday wishes to Union Minister Shri @sarbanandsonwal dangoriya on his 64th birthday today.
From his days leading the All Assam Students' Union to serving as Chief Minister of Assam, and now as Union Minister for Ports, Shipping and Waterways, his journey has been one of service to the people of Assam and the Northeast. His work to strengthen our ports and waterways is building a stronger, more self-reliant India.
Wishing him good health, happiness and many more years in the service of the nation.

On the 36th death anniversary of Captain Williamson A. Sangma, founding Chief Minister of Meghalaya, I pay tribute to the man whose vision and sacrifice gave birth to the state of Meghalaya in 1970.
A true son of the soil, his legacy lives on in every corner of Meghalaya today.
Arrived at Tura Circuit House, where we were warmly welcomed by BJP Meghalaya State President Shri @rikmangm Ji and Vice President Shri Bernard Marak Ji.
A brief halt before the organisational engagements ahead in Garo Hills, made warmer by the hospitality and camaraderie of our party colleagues here.
Grateful for the welcome, and ready for the work ahead.

Had a pleasant rendezvous with @BJP4Meghalaya State In-charge Shri @kanadpurkaystha Ji at Dudhnoi today, where we paused briefly for refreshments, both of us en route to Garo Hills for organisational meetings.
Good to catch up over a cup of tea before the day ahead. Sometimes the short stops along the way turn out to be the most refreshing part of the journey.
Onward to Garo Hills now, for the work that awaits us.

From selling newspapers in Rameswaram to becoming India's Missile Man and President, his life proved dreams don't check your background. He taught a generation to dream big and stay humble. Honour him today by picking up a book or mentoring a child.

Every girl deserves the same chance: to study, to dream, to walk safely, and to become whoever she wants to be.
When we invest in a girl's education and safety, we don't just change her life, we change her family, her village, her nation.
Here's to every daughter, student, and young woman shaping tomorrow's India.

"Illegal," "criminal assault on democracy," they said. The ECI's own press note (26.09.2026) says the Form 6 declaration was upheld by the Supreme Court. Upheld, not struck down. Check facts before manufacturing outrage. The courts are already seized of the matter.

Joined a Zoom meeting today hosted by @BJP4Meghalaya on the Seva Jyoti Yatra, alongside our State President, Shri @rikmangm ji, and State In-charge, @kanadpurkaystha ji, as we coordinate the next phase of this nationwide service initiative at the state level.
As State Co-in-charge, BJP Meghalaya, these sessions are vital in translating our national leadership's vision into real, on-ground action, karyakarta by karyakarta, booth by booth.
The Yatra moves forward, and so do we.
