Of course police are terrorizing Black and Hispanic students in America.
Police raid school—waving around automatic rifles pointed at kids.
Student attendance is 92% Black & Hispanic.
"Now we're hostages!" student gasped.
Heavily armed SWAT team held school on Code Red Lockdown for 2 hours.
Started when someone overheard comment about a gun—then a large group of students started running away in the hallway.
Students hid in closets & turned off classroom lights—fearing an active shooter.
Police issued a statement that "all involved parties have been identified and are detained" and that "no firearm was found on campus."
Incident occurred at Plantation High School in Broward County, Florida.

🚨 PLANTATION, Fla. — Plantation High School was placed on lockdown following an unconfirmed report of a gun on campus, according to police.
What happened next has raised serious concerns: armed white officers were seen pointing their guns at terrified Black students during the incident.

Several posts also frame it as white officers pointing rifles at Black students after only an "overheard comment."
Comments on the original Instagram post say officers "waved automatic rifles pointed at kids," that students stood with hands up against the whiteboard, and that a girl in the room said she felt like a "hostage."
Plantation PD has not addressed weapon handling. Their line is that SROs and SWAT searched out of caution after the gun comment plus students running, then cleared the campus when they found no firearm.
No department policy review, IA complaint, or school district statement regarding the rifles has been reported as of Saturday.

Ready to strengthen trust, learning, and performance at work?
I’m pleased to share that Psychological Safety At Work: Through the Lens of Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology is available now on Amazon.
Psychological safety is not a slogan. It is a workplace condition that determines whether people can speak honestly, ask questions, raise concerns, share ideas, and learn from mistakes before silence becomes costly.
After over a decade as an I/O Psychologist, I have seen how organizations thrive when employees feel safe to contribute fully. I have also seen what happens when psychological safety is missing: silence, hesitation, low trust, reduced innovation, hidden problems, and missed opportunities for growth.
This book was written for professionals who care about building healthier, stronger, and more effective workplaces, including:
I/O psychologists
I/O psychology practitioners
Leaders
HR professionals
Consultants and coaches
Educators and students

Psychological safety is not a slogan.
It is a workplace condition that determines whether people can speak honestly before silence becomes costly.
When employees are afraid to speak up, organizations lose access to risks, ideas, concerns, questions, mistakes, and insights that could improve performance.
That is why I wrote Psychological Safety At Work: Through the Lens of Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology.
This book examines psychological safety through an I/O psychology lens, connecting trust, leadership, learning, communication, accountability, culture, well-being, innovation, and organizational performance.
The main book provides the foundation.
The two companion workbooks extend the work into practice and graduate education.
Psychological Safety At Work
For I/O psychologists, consultants, educators, leaders, organizational decision-makers, and professionals who want a deeper understanding of psychological safety at work.
Organizational Companion Workbook
For leaders, HR professionals, consultants, coaches, I/O practitioners, and teams who want to move psychological safety from concept to application.
Graduate Professor Companion Workbook
For faculty, graduate professors, program directors, course coordinators, and students who want to teach, discuss, analyze, and apply psychological safety in graduate-level learning.
Each book can stand alone.
Together, they provide a practical series for understanding, teaching, diagnosing, and strengthening psychological safety in modern organizations.

Nothing screams 'Trump is a pedophile' like Mike Johnson shutting down the House until after the midterm the elections.
By carrying out Trump's orders and blocking Republican Rep. Thomas Massie's petition forcing action on the Epstein files, Johnson and MAGA loyalists are only pausing the inevitable: soon the America people are going to have irrefutable evidence that Trump is a child rapist.
Dr. S. Steven Whitaker retweeted
Is this what he meant when trump said AMERICA FIRST? Or the actual slogan, MAGA? Is this how to make America great???
Dr. S. Steven Whitaker retweeted
Don, some of us never stop talking about it.
The 77M who voted for Trump deserve to be punished severely for the rest of their lives, as do the cretinous imbeciles who are going to re-elect corrupt Republicans in both Houses 46 days from now.
Sentient Americans deserve better.

Only a fascistic piece of shit like Trump talks about how much he loves a free press — and then in the same breath says he's banning CNN, Politico, and MS NOW from the White House. That's not defending the Constitution and First Amendment. That's defending the ego of the serial-lying psychopath in the Oval Office. Classic authoritarian behavior.
