Communist propaganda banned in the Czech Republic, which experienced the horrors of communism.
The Czech Republic has officially criminalized the promotion of communist movements that suppress human rights, placing them on the same legal footing as Nazi movements.
The amendment, signed by President Petr Pavel, explicitly targets anyone who establishes, supports or promotes Nazi, communist or other movements seeking to suppress fundamental freedoms or incite racial, ethnic, religious, national or class hatred.
Offenders face prison sentences ranging from one to five years, with additional provisions addressing the distribution of extremist propaganda and symbols.
The legislation follows decades of debate over the country's communist past. Czechoslovakia endured more than four decades of communist one-party rule, beginning in 1948 and ending with the peaceful Velvet Revolution in 1989.
Supporters, including historians from the Institute for the Study of Totalitarian Regimes, argued that communist totalitarianism should be treated as seriously as Nazism under criminal law.
President Yoon Suk-yeol explains why he declared Emergency Martial Law in 2024.
He saw that the country was in danger (from subversion by China, North Korea, & their supporters--supporting socialism run by communists).
Despite the North Korean spy cases, Chinese spy cases, & various other threats to the RepublicofKorea (ROK), most went about their business, not realizing the full threat. The media wasn't helpful.
Meanwhile, the legislature acted like a dictator. Among others, it paralleled the Executive branch by arbitrarily de-funding it.
He felt he had to do something to warn people. He looked at the tool he had as the president. He tried conversations with the public. He tried other methods. But still, no avail. He needed somethuthat would get the attention of the people. The only "emergency " declaration he could declare was the Emergency Martial Law (there's also the Wartime Martial Law.) He didn't want yo use the military, but that's what he had.
So Emergency Martial Law was declared.
---
And it did wake people up. This is a great feat, because it's hard to do.
It did come at a cost. He & his wife are imprisoned. Also, many other patriots in the military & government & the society are imprisoned.
But people, especially the youths, have awakened. And they are stepping forward to fight for freedom; rule of law: fair, free, & credible elections; separation of power & checks and balances; protection of private property.

CHO Eun-seok wants a death sentence for President Yoon Suk-yeol in the appeals case.
But the ROK (Republic of Korea) constitution gives the president the authority to declare martial law. So it was legal.
And he wants to say the Emergency Martial Law was an "insurrection" (내란), but the DPK (Democratic Party of Korea) dropped it from the charge, because they knew it cannot be proven (because martial law was lawful).
This is a political persecution, and Cho Eun-seok (who raided the Osan Air Base) is displaying loyalty to the DPK & destroying rule of law.
New York. At the end of the day, voting machines are still open, unsealed with ballots still there, but election observers are kicked out. What do they plan to do?
🚨 This needs more attention. Poll Watcher in New York City says she was removed before the ballots were sealed. She says election officials kicked out all the poll watchers, even called to have them removed. They would not seal the ballots and wouldn’t close the voting machines
“Something very sketchy happened while I was poll watching in the Bronx. I was closing a location, and at first I thought everything was fine. I had checked the numbers, and the number of voters who signed in matched the number of ballots scanned — I was just really pleased and getting ready to go home. And then I noticed something really weird.
Which was that all of the poll workers were checking out and going home and the voting machines were still open. They were unlocked, unsealed, and the ballots hadn't been taken out yet. Now, this is very strange.
I've been poll watching in New York City since 2021, and I've never seen that happen. The procedure is that every voting machine has a poll worker assigned to it, and at the end of the night, each individual poll worker closes down their voting machine, seals it, and takes the ballots out and seals the ballots. And the ballots and the voting machines were totally unsealed.
So I just sat down and waited to see them take the ballots out and seal them. And then the coordinator started getting really like antsy and nervous, and they were like, you're all done, you got your numbers, you can go. And they actually got on the phone and called the deputy chief clerk who told me that I had to leave. And I said, no, I'm a poll watcher. I'm supposed to stay until the ballots are sealed and the police pick them up — They finally took the ballots out of the machine and put them in bags on the floor. And I said, they're not sealed.
And then they got the seals out and they put the seals on. I said, can I see the seal numbers? They said no. I said, did you check the seal number on the paperwork and initial it? She said yes. I said, can I see it? She said no”
“A guy named Charles, to close down the voting machines by himself. And I said, the voting machines aren't sealed. And he said, I'm sealing them, but he wasn't”
This means after all the poll watchers leave, Democrats could easily introduce any additional ballots they wanted to and also change the ballots in there
In New York the law says poll watchers are specifically authorized to observe the unlocking, examination and related sealing steps for voting machines and ballot boxes
It’s 2020 all over again. This will keep happening because no one ever gets held accountable for stealing our elections
We need federal intervention. Everyone involved should be going to prison

Special Prosecutor LEE Tae-Han is giving the evidence (ballots) to the Accused (NEC) to "manage" them.
Does a prosecutor give a murder weapon (evidence) to the murderer (Accused) to manage it?
There should be cameras all over this place, but they want the cameras out.
And there should be no NEC (National Election Commission) employees here at all, but there are 500 of them.
Lee Tae-han is the Special Prosecutor for investing the NEC (National Election Commission). Yet he allowed 500 NEC employees to enter an area with the evidence (ballots) & access them. But banned photo taking by some of the people, who were allowed to enter the place. Many were not allowed.
The NEC (National Election Commission) is the Accused 8n the Election fraud case, yet 500 NEC employees went into the area where the ballots were held (Olympic Park Handball Stadium), where the patriots have been guarding/holding rallies since 2026-6-5.
But the people are not allowed to go in without permission. They're going through the "evidence." Why is the NEC allowed to be there at all? Why can't the people, who have been a demanding the investigation see what's going on? Who's side is the Special Prosecutor on?
South Koreans, who are pro-US & support the alliance, are super disappointed (an understatement) with the new Defense Minister KANG Shin-cheol.
After all, he was the Deputy Commander of the ROK-US Combined Forces Command--but says he cant trust the US military should there be a war with North Korea.
& he graduated from the ROK Military Academy (which Lee Jae-myung wants to dismantle), so people hoped he'd be against the dismantling of the Military Academy, but that's not the case.
U.S. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth met with South Korean Defense Minister Kang Shin-cheol.
But is Hegseth aware that Kang, appointed by Lee Jae-myung, has publicly said he can't trust the U.S. if war breaks out with North Korea, especially given how the U.S. treated Iran?
Unlike tens of millions of South Koreans who believe the U.S. military is the only thing keeping South Korea safe, our own defense minister distrusts America.
Witnessed: fake ballots (stacks of pristine, unfolded ballots that look like freshly minted cash) are being brought into the Olympic Park Handballl Stadium in Seoul by the very team (Special Prosecutor) that's supposed to investigate election fraud in South Korea.

결국 구속.
The judge put Colonel (retired) Jee Man-won, the author of the below book, in jail for writing about an armed group of about 30 that kidnapped & murdered civilians in Gwangju in May 1980.
It doesn't fit the left's narrative of "democratization movement."
Dr. Jee Man-won is put to jail (pre-trial) for writing a book about Gwangju May 1980. His latest book highlights the 30 some armed people kidnapping & executing Gwangju residents in May 1980 & raises the question about who they are.
Who are they? And why is the Gwangju 1980 cartel go to this extent (jailing an 80+ year old researcher) to hide the truth?
In other words, the election fraud cartel doesn't want anyone to monitor or have evidence of election fraud.
"If observers are prohibited from taking their own photos and videos, I believe this goes completely against the public's demands and their constitutional right to know."
Today marks the 146th day of election fraud protests at Olympic Park in South Korea.
In the meantime, a special counsel team was formed to investigate the National Election Commission (NEC). And today, the team entered the park with thousands of police officers to inspect ballots for possible evidence of election fraud.
NEC officials, observers, and political party representatives were present, but the special counsel banned observers from taking photos or videos. Attorney Do Tae-woo, who has worked on election lawsuits and recounts, protested the ban, but his request was denied.
Outside, protesters demanded a live broadcast to protect the public's right to know.
According to Do, during the recount in former lawmaker Min Kyung-wook's election lawsuit, they were told they didn't need to take their own photos because the court was taking them. But those court photos were later destroyed and could not be used as evidence.
And now, observers were once again banned from recording.
What are they so desperate to hide?

China tests various election fraud methods, opinion poll manipulation methods in South Korea first. The CCP forms relationships with the police, political parties, media in South Korea.
The result: pro-CCP, anti-US politicians & policies.
