In lymph node-only disease, the efficacy of nivolumab plus chemotherapy is very similar to that observed with EV+P. It is safer and has a better long-term pharmacoeconomic profile.
With EV+pembrolizumab broadly effective, do we now need biomarkers to identify who benefits most, or who can safely receive less?
The key question is no longer only “who is high risk?” but “who still has disease?”
