Motorola Signature 27 will be the first phone with Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 in India Followed by iQOO 16 later Since the chip alone costs $300 (Rs 29k), pricing will be hard to control Rs 1 lakh phones is the new normal..

10 days with the OPPO Find X10 Pro Max. Things I've liked: - Excellent camera experience (Ultrawide, 3X Tele & the Master mode) - Solid performance & battery - ColorOS 17 is the cherry on top But then there's the Rs 2 lakh price tag, although you can get it for much less offline. Good phone. Questionable pricing. Will you pick Find X10 Pro Max or Find X9 Ultra?

Been using the OPPO Enco X4 for a week, and there's quite a bit to like here. ANC is excellent, battery life is solid, and Lossless audio support. The mic quality is surprisingly good, can double as vlogging mic. Not entirely sold on the default sound signature though, needs little EQ tweaking. Got any questions?

Using the iPhone Duo makes you realise how much refinement goes into making a good foldable. The Duo still feels unfinished. The matte display (apparently to make the crease less noticeable) is a questionable trade-off, and the front camera is genuinely disappointing. Having used Samsung's foldables, the difference in design, display quality and hinge refinement is hard to miss. A few generations of experience do make a difference..

The good: - The ZEISS camera setup is easily the V80's biggest strength. The 50MP main camera captures good detail and natural-looking skin tones, while the 50MP 3X telephoto is excellent for portraits. - The multiple focal lengths, ZEISS bokeh styles and colour customisation give you plenty of creative flexibility. - The 50MP autofocus selfie camera is another highlight, particularly for group selfies and content creators. - There's also a bright 1.5K AMOLED panel, good stereo speakers, solid haptics and a premium glass-and-aluminium build. - Battery life is impressive too. The 7,200mAh battery comfortably gets through a day of heavy use, and 90W charging means you aren't waiting around forever.

Spent some time with the vivo V80. It is one of those phones that gets a lot of things right, but also leaves you wondering why a few things weren't polished further. It's a good phone especially if cameras, battery life and display quality are high on your priority list. Here's what works & what doesn't..
