Meanwhile, the scriptures you sent me do not even address the question, other than establishing an arbitrary hierarchy of "worship-worthiness" based on who was first to exaltation among beings who are substantially the same, which completely disregards metaphysics and ontology. What is the justification for denying adoration to divine beings of the same substance?
Clearly it's a question no one wishes to actually take a stab at answering the inconsistency...
This is a glaring issue. LDS theology claims:
1. Humans and the father are the same in substance (upon exaltation)
2. Only the father is worthy of worship, though exalted humans are substantially the same (same species, same attributes, etc)
3. other than "he was first", there's no ontological justification for the father's status as "supreme".
"Mormons are really nice, we should imitate them".

The saddest thing this thread revealed was how many Catholics have no awareness of Catholic Social Teaching, and are driven by enlightenment ideals politically.
2nd saddest: How many people literally believe anything they read on the internet, and don't even look into things for themselves.
