The Boone County Council did not move forward this morning with a vote to have a judge consider removing Auditor Debbie Crum.
Boone County Commissioners voted earlier this morning to have a judge review the case (the process requires both commissioner and council approval)
That said, it appears Debbie Crum will remain in office.
Another layer to this story: Crum's attorney forwarded a complaint to the prosecutor in October alleging possible criminal conduct against Commissioner Tim Beyer. That has been sent to the Indiana State Police.

A Zionsville man wants a public apology from his HOA which he accuses of illegally taking a political sign off his property.
The HOA says it's a misunderstanding.

Very interesting tid bit just got dropped that Walmart has "closed on" about 7 acres of land in Appaloosa Crossing. Trying to get more info on this as Zionsville and Walmart had a drawn out legal battle over a previous proposed store years ago.
