This is why I’m an advocate for Organ Donation it literally saved my life I got lucky because of my donor I want to make sure everyone at least has the chance by having people sign up to the list it only takes 2 minutes @OrganDonationNI belfastlive.co.uk/news/north…
Happy 19th birthday to this beauty miss having the craic with you in between periods at the games and playing Xbox with you before going to giants games
I don’t know if it’s cause I support the Philadelphia Flyers and they suck right now but college hockey is way more entertaining to watch than the NHL
7 years ago my life changed I was given a second chance, a chance to make memories.
You see going through the entire transplant journey taught me something at a young age about being resilient and yes my transplant “journey” is over but the real journey has just begun
Back in October 2019 I was given a chance of having a better future one that didn’t involve endless admissions to hospital a future that has allowed me to play the sports I love, travel to new places and give talks a QUB
This isn’t possible without my donor or their family
Excellent change hopefully this leads to having a playoff series instead of two legs

🏒 20 minutes of 5-on-5 sudden-death OT first
⚡ If needed, continuous 3-on-3 sudden-death OT follows
❌ The regular season remains untouched, and the Challenge Cup Final and Motorpoint Playoff Final remain continuous 5-on-5 sudden death.

Legend
The Belfast Giants are proud to announce the appointment of Colin Shields MBE as the club’s new Performance Coach ahead of the 2026/27 season 🤝
A Giants’ legend through and through, the Glasgow-born NHL draftee enjoyed a stellar 14-year career in teal, retiring as a multi-championship winner in 2019 🏆
Working closely with coaching and medical staff, Shields will oversee the team’s strength and conditioning programme, focusing on enhancing athletic performance, improving speed, strength, and endurance, reducing the risk of injury, and supporting players’ recovery 🏒

Please for the love of god @NHLFlyers make the right decision
Ilia Morozov is emerging fast for Miami a 6’3 center with real pro tools. Powerful stride, wins battles, reads the game like a veteran, and drives play both ways. Early production + translatable tools = 2026 Draft riser.

The second half of the season has been the toughest in my years of playing football and hockey I didn’t know if I could do it. Not being able to ring you the next day to tell you what the score was sucks. I’m glad you were with me today miss ya buddy
