The book not only features Hester’s story but also chapters on Montagu, Cholmondeley, Watkins (by @claudiacaplan), Haselden (by @rcrossgve) and Averil, who helped Hester write the letters (by @Greg_Callus). @JackMLawrence also shares the story of finding Hester’s living family!
For the past few years I’ve been dedicating my all-important birthday wish to hoping it’ll be the year I get an agent. I must have wished extra hard last year because not only did I end up with an incredible agent, I am SO excited that I can spend my birthday announcing this!
