We are thrilled to announce the next EHPS Habit SIG session with Dr. Eike Buabang, Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Trinity College Dublin, on Wednesday, December 11, from 9:30 to 10:30 am (UK time).
Dr. Buabang will present his talk, “Leveraging cognitive neuroscience for making and breaking real-world habits,” based on insights from his recently published paper in Trends in Cognitive Sciences. His research explores the cognitive neuroscience of habits, focusing on why people engage in suboptimal behaviors that conflict with their explicit goals and beliefs.
