Should Christians engage in the political process? There’s a lot at stake in the coming midterm elections. Many issues that are considered political are actually moral issues. @WillyRice is exactly right—throughout American history, pastors have had a strong and influential voice at key moments in our political history, and they need to raise their voices now! I urge Christians to do their research, to pray, and to vote. The choice is clear. The two parties have opposite stands on almost every issue. One party supports open borders—allowing millions of unvetted, undocumented people to enter this country. Do you? Their party leadership supports men in women’s bathrooms and sports, gender transitioning for children, allowing parental rights to be ignored, abortion, and more. Do you? The other party wants our nation to have legal immigration, opposes allowing men in women’s sports, and defends the sanctity of life. Who you choose to vote for has never been more important—get out and vote. As Christians, we are to be salt and light in an ever-decaying, dark world. foxnews.com/politics/souther…

It’s admittedly a difficult pill to swallow, but that is what politics is. Vivek is an all-around loathsome person. Every criticism you can levy against him I would agree with. Nevertheless, midwest red states are weird. The Pence/DeWine wing of the GOP has had a stranglehold on them for decades and it is hard to believe but he actually would be a significant improvement. He does not control the issuing of visas, and the Trump admin has been pulling every bureaucratic lever it can to stop them anyway. That would be the biggest practical issue with him and it is moot. Further, intentionally handing a state over to the left is folly. These people know how to wield power and they will do so. That GOP supermajority can disappear. And the third most important GOP state is in danger. You have to defeat the left anywhere and everywhere, by any means possible, means that include voting for a man you abhor. You have to make grown-up, difficult decisions and not treat politics the way a naive and petulant child would.
The same voice that just days ago was telling you that the GOP situation in OH = voting for a Hindu scammer who wants to flood America with invaders... ...is now suggesting that the GOP is somehow in danger of being something other than what he just tacitly confessed it is.

I’d like to report a robbery: it’s the City of Miami budget! These Miami Mafiosos just passed a $3.7 BILLION budget filled with grift and graft. The commission didn’t double in size, the population didn’t double, the city workforce didn’t double, lord knows the quality and quantity of our services haven’t doubled — the cost of government DOUBLED. This mayor and commission are going to bankrupt the city — while enriching themselves and their cronies… #BecauseMiami

Abdul El-Sayed is partying with coastal elites and far Left extremists in NYC tonight. The price tag to get in? $57K. More than what a first-year college grad makes in a YEAR in Michigan. Abdul is funded by the rich and backed by the radical Left. Don’t let him tell you differently. Hosting Abdul tonight is…

Over the weekend, President Donald Trump took to Truth Social to rightfully call out Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR) for standing in the way of the popular Sunshine Protection Act, a bill that would finally make daylight saving time permanent. As The Gateway Pundit’s Jordan Conradson previously reported, President Trump held nothing back. He bravely posted Cotton’s cell phone number online so the American people could let the Senator know exactly how they felt about him blocking this common-sense legislation. But instead of holding his Washington colleague accountable, Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) decided to run straight to the liberal mainstream media to take cheap shots at President Trump. Read the rest of the story, link in the comments.

Want to help seniors? Abolish property taxes. Want to help first time homebuyers? Abolish property taxes. Want to help working class get a new vehicle? Abolish property taxes. Want to help make a buffer for when gas prices get out of hand? Abolish property taxes.

That is an astonishingly backwards argument. You say “SHOW THE CUTS FIRST.” But the government has REFUSED TO MAKE THE CUTS. So your position is literally: Because government refuses to cut spending, taxpayers must keep paying until government decides to cut spending. You’re making government’s refusal to control spending the justification for letting government keep the taxpayers’ money. Their refusal isn’t a reason to delay taxpayer relief. IT’S THE REASON TAXPAYER RELIEF HAS TO BE FORCED.
Replying to @SWFL5440
Yes that’s why the first point is “show the cuts”

Muslim turnout in 2024 was about 80% of registered Muslim voters. Christian turnout was about 56% of voting-age Christian adults. The gap is not Muslims outvoting Christians. It is millions of Christians who could vote and do not.

Here's what has transpired since Trump originally said this. Europe still hasn't taken any action to secure their own oil and winter is closer. It appears that the Iranians financed or at least supported an attempted terrorist attack at RAF Fairford that was discovered by a famer's wife. The Brits promptly released the terrorists under "strict conditions" (I still laugh about that) and the US decides to remove the B1s. The next logical step would be for the US to remove the tankers and fighters from Mildenhall and Lakenheath and maybe move them to Keflavik or somewhere else. Have you figured out the exodus from Europe has begun? What NATO hasn't figured out yet is with the Brits apparently being unwilling or unable to secure their base means they've provided Trump the exact justification (force protection) to remove more US Forces from Europe. Who can argue against that? Stupid is as Stupid does. BTW, let the Europeans fight their own battles. We've got enough cemeteries over there.

Father, You told us to seek the welfare of the place where we live. You set up rulers and you judge them. You said the gates of hell would not prevail against your church, and you told your people to be salt and light, not spectators. So we ask you to wake the sleeping church. Wake the ones who pray for the country and then stay home on Election Day. Wake the ones who call evil good and good evil and never lift a finger. Give us courage to stand, wisdom to see, and the will to show up. Let every Christian who can vote, vote. Let us vote with clean hands and open eyes. Let us vote for life, for the family you made, for the freedom to worship you, for justice that does not bend, and for leaders who fear you more than they fear the crowd. Protect the ballot. Expose the lie. Strengthen the weary. And when the count is done, keep our hope where it belongs, in you, not in any man. In Jesus' name, amen. Go vote!!!

In the coming days, you are going to see a number of Republican Senators openly turn on President Trump. We've already seen Kennedy, Tillis and Cotton in action. The Establishment wants to wrest control of the party away from the president. They will attempt to throw the election -- but we cannot allow that to happen.

The Heartland Visa Act, which would flood rural areas with foriegner invaders, has been renamed! It's now the State-Sponsored Visa Pilot Program Act of 2026 (S.5197) sponsored by John Curtis the senator for Utah. Thanks to @atreyu_reign for keeping us on target.
Replying to @WillHavePeace
Correction: The Heartland Visa Act (S.5644) is dead—it expired with the 118th Congress. The bill to focus on now is S.5197, the State-Sponsored Visa Pilot Program Act of 2026. If you oppose it, contact your U.S. senators and Senate Judiciary Committee members and tell them to oppose S.5197 and its inclusion in any larger bill.

Sunday, Nov. 1, Washington makes all of us fall back again. Twice a year, every year. Like clockwork. Literally. Here's what the switch gets us: * Fatal car crashes jump about 6% the week after we spring forward (Current Biology, 2020) * Heart attacks spike 24% on the Monday after spring forward (Open Heart, 2014) * 19 states already passed laws to lock the clock and are waiting on Congress * Only 12% of Americans want to keep switching. 56% want the evening daylight all year (AP-NORC) This isn't new. The Senate passed it unanimously in 2022. The House passed it 308-117 in July. President Trump is all in and called it "a very nice WIN for the Republican Party." So where's the Senate? Left town for the midterms and back after we fall back. Of course. Who is this ritual even helping? Not your kids. Not your dog who wants breakfast at 5 AM. Not you, staring at the microwave clock wondering if it's 6 or 7. Pick a time. Lock it. Move on. #LockTheClock

With the emergency exit of US strategic bombers from Britain, at some point a question will pop up in at least American security circles: should Britain remain a member of Five Eyes? That question won't pop up just yet. For that things will need to become worse - and I assure you, you won't need to wait too long to reach that point. Give it a few more years.
