This shows stability of the fund. Actuarial study of EOBI fund conducted last year endorsed financial viability for next 15-20 years.

EOBI has been doing well in the recent years & there’s a growth trend in collections,employers & employees registration and in the investment portfolio.
🔘No of active employers increased to 87147 in 2021 from 67645 in 2013-14.

The people of Pind Dadan Khan will now get EOBI pensions at their doorsteps for all pensioners who are bed-ridden from 1st Sept’20.
Moreover they will get Wallet Accounts with added services for

Federal Cabinet has approved an increase in EOBI pensions from Rs. 6500 to 8500 effective from 1-1-2020. EOBI will restore the increase in pension + arrears for the month of April, June & July 2020. Pensioners can draw this increase along with the arrears from 1st August 2020.
