Longest ever run completed today, a trail run along the Ullswater Way. Rain and wind were both biblical in the only way the Lake District can deliver it. Made it more enjoyable! Well worth the 5:00am departure to start running in the dark at 07:00am. #LakeDistrict #trailrunning

Steady ride today with some decent hills. I even made it into Yorkshire for a bit, and it was definitely cloudier over there ☁️. The beers in the pub afterwards definitely taste so much better!
