NEW: ICE announces the arrest of an MS-13 gang member with a deportation order in Fairfax County, VA. The agency says Walter Alexander Soto-Rodriguez was caught and released at the AZ border by the Obama administration in 2016, and arrested by ICE in Alexandria, VA on Thursday. ICE says he fled and crashed his vehicle when they tried to arrest him, then tried to flee on foot before being tackled to the ground.

On September 15, @ICEgov arrested Oscar Evaristo Nunez, an illegal alien from Honduras, who had previously been charged for filming an undressed minor and TWO counts of aggravated sexual battery of a victim under 13 years old.
Nunez, despite having been arrested for child sex crimes last year, was RELEASED by sanctuary politicians in Fairfax County.
Once again, ICE did the job that these callous sanctuary politicians won’t do: enforce the law and protect Americans.
