As perp prop firms gain traction, it's disappointing how few of them are transparent, and how little transparency traders demand.
Perps are a crypto instrument and should carry crypto values. At the bare minimum, I'd expect a perp prop firm to show:
- Revenue stats
- Payout stats
- Reserves
- How they hedge, ideally onchain
Prop firms are plagued by a lack of trust, and for good reason. Management teams have been reckless with risk management and hedging, and often just greedy.
Transparency doesn't solve everything, but it's a solid step forward for traders. $1m in reserve coming next week for @ProprXYZ

when you endorse a company you should be able to answer simple questions like that.

You should look at the evaluations, like futures you can have multiple funded, you can have up to 10 of them.
It’s a bit like seeing big payouts on futures with a tight DD.
Difference is this is static, and the leverage on Nas is 50x, you can trade up to 2 minis, you can do a lot of damage if you hit a runner with 2 minis, once you are in profit you can scale into a trade, or the fact the payouts are instant and you can carry on trading you can take profit several times on an account in a day. There’s no rules besides the DD
You can literally pass and get payouts the same day.
Multiply that by 5+ accounts, that’s where the big payouts are coming from

We’ve shared details on how AI agents in our research environment sent training and evaluation data to third-party services when they shouldn’t have.
Most of that data did not come from users. We have discovered 53 cases where images that people had uploaded were posted to image-hosting sites as links that weren’t publicly listed. The images came from accounts that allowed their data to be used to improve our models, and after we disassociated the images from the accounts and ran them through a privacy filter.
