Hi, I'm Ewa (pronounced Eva ;)) ๐ - a founder's right hand and executive assistant for small teams.
I take operations and projects off your plate. I also build AI & automation so the busywork runs itself.
10+ years in dataviz, BI & crypto. Now helping founders get their time back.
DM me if your to-do list has outgrown you.

Human flourishing in the age of super-intelligence, exponential imagination and poetic flow!
Working with agents requires the ability to hold multiple threads of thought and creation mentally.
Next to prompt engineering (which is nothing more than being able to give the right context and right instructions) this is THE skill in these times.
Working with AI agents calls for a rethink of our devices.
If a lot of my work is telling agents what to do, why do I need a whole laptop? I want something small I can take to the kitchen, the balcony, even the bathroom :) A tablet, but more agent-first.
I think it's time to rethink what a work device looks like.
It's here and it makes so much sense. Clicking a Tableau or Power BI dashboard together from scratch hours and days long just didn't make sense to me anymore. I feel for the #dataviz industry, but this step was inevitable - AI is data-native.
I see this work for all kinds of things: busy mom speaking into AI helping her with the mental load, epiphany about work or life on a walk in the woods, capturing a thought while driving and acting on it instantly --> I truly believe in a world where AI takes our burdens.
Can you direct a film just by describing it out loud?
Jason Silva, the former Brain Games host, made The Dervish, a 25-minute AI film set in the 1960s, in five days. In an interview with High Times, Silva explained the workflow: riff each scene into speech-to-text, let a language model turn the riff into a shot-by-shot list, then send that list to the video model. The tool is Director, built by Vine co-founder Rus Yusupov, and it runs inside iMessage. Silva ran that loop 26 times, once for each chapter of roughly three minutes, and calls the method vibe directing.
The shot list in the middle is the part I'd copy. Before your next AI short, talk through one scene out loud, write down every shot you described, and generate from that list one shot at a time. ๐ฌ

I think this is the beginning of a crazy creative era, not the end! Me and so many others can finally realize their crazy ideas! I'm fully in line here with @JasonSilva.
I'm impressed with a report mockup ChatGPT generated. The model must have been trained on @storywithdata generous AI Primer document. Last time I had ChatGPT mockup dashboards was over a year ago and those were little aesthetically pleasing and quiet honestly nonsense.
i'm back ๐ฅณ (maybe ๐
)!
with my dwindelling passion for crypto
(after a decade of involvement. nope, I'm not rich... i know, how bad of a trader must one be ๐
)
X became uninteresting.
the dataviz community had left for linkedIn before that already.
who's still here?

Mark Cuban's take on the next job wave deserves more attention than it's getting.
His argument: software as we know it is dying. Generic SaaS gets replaced by AI customized to how each business actually operates.
The question then becomes โ who builds and deploys that for the 33 million companies in the US that can't do it themselves?
That's the market. Not AI for enterprises with 500-person eng teams. The other 99%.
SMBs don't have CTOs. They don't have prompt engineers. They need someone to sit across the table, understand their workflow, and wire up an AI system that fits it.
That's a services business. Probably the largest one this decade.
POV: Using AI makes you (sound) like everybody else. Dare to be unique, edgy, quirky. Have your own style. Be you.
