Ethereum has a 12-second blocktime. By slicing the block into sub-blocks, Realtime Ethereum moves in milliseconds ⚡️ No more waiting. No more uncertainty. Just 100x faster. The era of Realtime Ethereum starts now. Go Realtime at : docs.ethgas.com/realtime/

Long-term capital depends on infrastructure that works predictably, day after day. For Ethereum, predictable blockspace is part of that foundation, helping the network move beyond short-term trading and toward decisions measured in years.

Why would an institution leave Ethereum for a private chain? Not for settlement. For control before a transaction lands. @Delphi_Digital on how we’re bringing that control onchain: rules before inclusion, predictable inclusion, and public settlement ↓
Institutions want their own rules inside Ethereum blocks. A normal transaction on Ethereum is visible to everyone before it is included. That has pushed many institutions onto private chains with far less liquidity. @ETHGasOfficial lets them book space in Ethereum blocks ahead of time. Transactions sent this way skip the public mempool and are screened against the institution’s own sanctions rules first. Each institution stays in control of its transactions without leaving Ethereum. Being seen early is expensive for a fund moving a large position. Traders watching the public mempool can spot the trade and buy first, which pushes up the price the fund pays. With reserved blockspace, the fund can buy a whole block and decide what goes ahead of its trade. Institutions do not have to leave Ethereum for a private chain to set their own rules.

As capital recentralizes on Ethereum, access to it becomes a strategic question. For governments and major institutions, ETH isn’t just an asset to hold. It’s a strategic reserve asset they need to ensure priority access to Ethereum. @lepsoe on @_TalkingTokens ↓

An institution wants to buy $1 billion of an asset onchain. What stops someone from front-running the trade? @lepsoe, founder of @ETHGasOfficial, says institutions also need clarity on where transaction fees go. His pitch: fix MEV so big trades don't get sandwiched.

Stablecoins and tokenized assets are moving onto Ethereum, and all of it has to settle somewhere. The real question: who controls access to that settlement? This is the Ethereum Access Stack 🧵

Level 5: Settle on Ethereum. The goal is not for one country or one company to control access. It's a shared, neutral settlement layer that no one can be locked out of.

AI agents tend to follow the path of least resistance. Kevin Lepsoe (@lepsoe), founder of @ETHGasOfficial, says agents can't even get API access to a bank account, but they can “run wild on DeFi.” Could AI agents accelerate onchain adoption?

Tokyo. Seoul. Singapore. Three cities, one conversation: how institutions access and use Ethereum. Thank you to every host, panelist, and builder who made room for us across Asia. See you soon. The full story ↓ nitter.cf/ETHGasOfficial/status/…

From the builder and institutional rooms in Tokyo, to three stages in Seoul, to TOKEN2049 in Singapore: institutions own ETH. The question has moved from holding ETH to using ETH. Read our APAC tour recap: nitter.cf/ETHGasOfficial/status/…
On the @token2049 stage last week, we were asked: what does “the next generation of ETH” actually mean? After two weeks in Tokyo, Seoul and Singapore, my answer is simple 🧵

[KR] docsend.com/view/q6drx4un89r… [EN] docsend.com/view/n8nkynag3ry…

A DAT Is Not a Megaphone Anymore. It Is a Distribution Channel. Panelists Christopher Jensen (@jensane2001, @stablecoin_x), Hyunsu Jung (@hyperiondefi) and Kevin Lepsoe (@lepsoe, @ETHGasOfficial) discussed "Digital Asset Treasury: The New Frontier of Corporate Finance." What is a DAT actually for? Not promotion, and Jensen said it plainly. His StablecoinX holds roughly 20% of Ethena's total token supply. "DAT companies are no longer simply businesses that promote or speak for a specific digital asset." His reframe: the ecosystems behind these assets contain real products, and a DAT can push those products through distribution channels protocols cannot reach directly. Holding company to distribution platform is a different business, and he called the shift a significant one for the category. Is accumulating the job? No, and Jung of Hyperion DeFi treated that as an obligation rather than an option. What DATs need to do is go beyond continuing to accumulate and consistently contribute to the growth of those ecosystems, which means putting the balance sheet backed by those holdings to practical use. His own example: when new markets or products launch on Hyperliquid, Hyperion can supply capital and infrastructure and share in the resulting revenue, while building credit and trading infrastructure for participants entering the ecosystem. So how should anyone value these companies? This is the consequence nobody has priced yet. Jensen's read is that market cap to modified net asset value is the first metric comparing across DATs, but over time they get valued as a sum of their parts. Treasury assets on one side, operating businesses using those assets on the other, and the operating side judged on revenue, customers and ARR like any other company. If DATs start trading on ARR instead of token beta, the whole category re-rates on operations.
