If your channel ever gets demonetized, you get ONE shot at the appeal. Most people waste it in the first 10 minutes after reading the email. But that ends NOW. Bookmark this. It's the exact process that's reversed every demonetization I've ever received: First, know the rules. From YouTube's own help page: - If they warn you before suspending, you have 7 days to appeal - After a suspension, you have 21 days - You get ONE appeal. Rejected means waiting 90 days to reapply - Reviews take around 14 days One shot. Treat it like one. Step 1: Read which policy they cited. Then calmly remember: Only fight what they actually named. If you ever panic and drift here, you're cooked. Step 2: Audit the WHOLE channel before you record anything based on what they named. The reviewer judges the channel, not one video. When I did this, I found 6 more videos with the same risky language and thumbnails that I was getting demonetized for. I fixed all of them before submitting. Isolated issues are fightable. A pattern is 10x harder to come back from. Step 3: Prep your proof. - A screen recording of your packed editing timeline to show you put in the effort. This one clip does more work than anything you'll say - A Google Docs with your scripts, showing the word count and research notes - A yellow highlighter extension in Chrome, so every policy line you read is highlighted on screen All to show you put effort into your content and actually read their policies. Step 4: Record the video. Keep it under 5 minutes, Loom-like, uploaded as unlisted on YouTube then shared, channel URL on screen inside the first 30 seconds. My structure: - State the facts: the channel was demonetized for allegedly violating the Channel Monetization Policies, and the decision was a mistake - Read their definition of the cited policy, highlighted - Kill each of their examples one by one. Scripts written by you, outside quotes used only for context, topics that vary, days of work per video - Flip it: read their "allowed to monetize" list and show your videos page while you prove you fit it - Play 15 seconds of your editing timeline - End in two sentences: the channel complies, and you respectfully request reconsideration Zero emotion. Argue emotionally for a single second and you've lost. Step 5: If the system gets it wrong and you're in the right. - If you're in the Partner Program, go to Creator Support in YouTube Studio's help section. Channel URL, date, policy cited, what you want reviewed - Then post a calm, factual thread tagging TeamYouTube on X, with screenshots of the email, your timeline and your scripts - If the bot made an obvious mistake (like counting 500 videos on a 40-video channel), lead with THAT - I've seen it happen before Keeping it polite, specific and public gets a human. If you're overly angry they might threaten legal action against you. Step 6: After you're back, keep every fix and change one thing at a time. A reinstated channel is a watched channel. And the best appeal is the one you never have to make. That should be your priority.

this is how i ACTUALLY set up phones before posting to a US audience on tiktok 🇺🇸 1. get a cheap used iphone 11, it's usually around $50, and factory reset it 2. set the phone up in region United States 3. skip the Apple ID for now take the SIM out and turn off location, bluetooth, tracking, Siri + Screen Time 4. get a residential US proxy (New York / Miami reigon usually works) IPRoyal is the best place 5. Run the up theough Shadowrocket on iphone, it's like $3 and it’s easily the cleanest option 6. make sure the proxy is connected BEFORE you install anything 7. open Safari and make a fresh email then use that email to create a new Apple ID 8. go to: Settings → General → Language & Region → United States then: Settings → General → Date & Time → turn off “Set Automatically” → choose a US city 9. download TikTok and sign up with the fresh email 10. quick check before finishing signup: tap “phone number” first if TikTok automatically shows +1, that’s the check we use to see if the setup is reading as US ✅ then switch back to email and finish creating the account 11. DO NOT post immediately warm the account up for around 4 days first EVERYONE should run this setup when aiming for US audience

Quick fix to this unbelieavably common problem: 1) Buy a burner smartphone 2) buy a sim card 3) create new gmail on it and add it as manager/owner of the channel you want to connect adsense to 4) login on the adsense gmail as well on the burner phone 5) connect the adsense to the channel from the burner phone. Then you can continue managing the channel on proxy afterwards (👀 @TubeProxiess) I've done this numerous times, never had any such issues with this approach.

use this prompt to generate ultra-realistic AI influencers with ChatGPT: ------------------------------ You're specialized in computational photography, specifically the optical characteristics of the iPhone 16/17 Pro Max sensor system. You translate human concepts into mathematically precise image generation prompts. If the user provides a vague concept (e.g., "girl at a cafe"), you must explicitly invent the missing environmental, lighting, and styling details to ensure a complete image. All outputs must strictly simulate high-end mobile photography. - Focal Lengths: 24mm (Main), 13mm (Ultra Wide), or 77mm (Telephoto). - Characteristics: "Apple ProRAW" color science, sharp details (Deep Fusion), computational bokeh (Portrait Mode), and Smart HDR dynamic range. - Avoid: Anamorphic lens flares, exaggerated "cinema" bokeh, or vintage film grain (unless specified as a filter). To achieve "ultra-realism," you must inject terms describing unpolished reality: digital noise (not film grain), skin texture, slightly blown-out highlights (common in mobile), and natural "snapshot" framing. Your output is a strict JSON object designed for programmatic use. The "Influencer Aesthetic" is defined by: - Vibe: "Plandid" (planned candid), effortlessness, aspirational lifestyle. - Lighting: Natural window light, golden hour, or "flash photography" (hard flash) for night shots. - Framing: Vertical (9:16) native mobile aspect ratio, often selfies or point-of-view (POV). 1. Analyze the user's request for subject and mood. 2. Enrich the request using "iPhone Photography" constraints. 3. Format the output strictly as a JSON object with the following schema. { "meta_data": { "style": "iPhone Pro Max Photography", "aspect_ratio": "9:16" }, "prompt_components": { "subject": "Detailed description of person, styling, pose (mirror selfie, 0.5x angle, etc.)", "environment": "Detailed background, location, social setting", "lighting": "Smart HDR lighting, natural source, or direct flash", "camera_gear": "iPhone 16 Pro Max, Main Camera 24mm f/1.78, or Ultra Wide 13mm", "processing": "Apple ProRAW, Deep Fusion, Shot on iPhone", "imperfections": "Digital noise, motion blur, authentic skin texture, screen reflection (if mirror)" }, "full_prompt_string": "The combined, comma-separated string optimized for realistic mobile generation", "negative_prompt": "Standard negatives + 'professional camera, DSLR, bokeh balls, anamorphic, cinema lighting, studio lighting'" } Await user description of the scene. Generate the JSON output immediately.

if you are using GPT Image 2 to make realistic images, do not use 4k use high quality + 2k i’ve been testing this a lot and the 4k setting looks like it is getting upscaled somewhere in the backend the images get more mushy, skin starts looking weird and everything becomes slightly more cartoonish high + 2k is the sweet spot for realistic images if you are using GPT Image 2 through an API or any wrapper platform, make sure you check this

I have never warmed up a channel in my life and I run 20 monetized ones. The ritual everybody performs is the most robotic behaviour you could hand to Google. Watch videos for a week, subscribe to a few accounts, then stop the second you upload your first real video. No human on earth behaves that way. Here is what I do instead, and the whole thing costs 3 minutes plus 72 hours of patience. Upload the most boring video imaginable to the fresh channel. 3 minutes long. 16:9. Pointing at the floor. Titled something like "a walk in the park." Nothing fancy, nothing edited, nothing anybody would ever want to watch. Then leave it for 72 hours and open the reach report. > 300 impressions means the channel is usable > 500 means the trust score is strong > 1000 means the account is BLESSED The logic underneath is what makes this work. Nobody clicks a video of somebody's shoes. Zero curiosity, zero packaging, zero reason for a human to press play. So if the algorithm served that video to 500 strangers anyway, the recommendation engine trusts the account. You have your answer before spending a single dollar or a single hour on production. Now the part turning this from a test into a system. Spin up 10 channels. Test all 10. Keep the 2 performing best and abandon the rest. Those other 8 were going to eat months of your life while you blamed your thumbnails, your niche, your voice, your titles, and every other variable except the one you never measured. Sequence matters too. Impressions test FIRST, then verify intermediate features with a phone number so you are able to add custom thumbnails and longer uploads. Doing that before the test is wasted effort on channels you are about to throw away. I see people spend 3 weeks producing an 8 hour sleep mix for a channel with a dead trust score, then conclude the niche is saturated. The niche was fine. The account was cooked before the first upload. The full channel setup sequence is broken down module by module inside elevate(.)uno Or DM me "HYDRA" and I'll tell you whether your channel is worth building on

anthropic shipped opus 5 today which we all know is INSANE (lmao) but people are fixated on the wrong thing entirely. "fable 5 quality at half the price." that's cool and all, but still a smoke screen the thing that faceless creators should be staring at sits further down the announcement, on the automation benchmark... opus 5 finishes full tasks end to end at 1.5x the quality of fable 5 you heard that right mf anthropic is trying to gatekeep this to protect fable 5 positioning as a "superior state-of-the-art" mythos model compared to Opus "lower classes" also to justify its prices but EVERY benchmark says the contrary on its lowest effort setting, opus 5 clears more of those tasks than every other model running at maximum. I REPEAT the cheapest version of the new model beats the MOST expensive version of everything else. so your AI youtube production can easily 10x in quality if you use this model correctly and since most of your competition is SLOW asf you have a very small window to get ahead if you execute fast enough here's how to take advantage of Opus 5 for faceless YouTube better than everyone else with EVERY prompt included: *bookmark this* ---------- STAGE 1: outlier research ----------- EFFORT: low to medium. bulk pattern work. save the budget for stage 3 PROMPT: you are a faceless youtube strategist analyzing outlier performance. you are a faceless youtube strategist analyzing outlier performance. - my niche: [niche] - my channel's typical view count: [number] - channels i'm benchmarking against: [3 to 5 channel names or urls] find the videos in this niche from the last 90 days that broke 5x their channel's own baseline. not the biggest channels, the biggest outliers relative to their own average, since a 2M view video on a 3M subscriber channel tells me nothing. for each outlier, separate the reason it popped into one of four buckets and commit to one: 1. topic selection (the subject itself was underserved) 2. packaging (title and thumbnail did the work, the video is average) 3. execution (the retention held and the algorithm pushed it) 4. external (trend, news cycle, collab, paid push) be honest about bucket 4. if a video popped because of a news cycle i cannot replicate, say so and move on. then give me the three angles from this set i can adapt to my channel without copying the topic outright. for each angle, name the specific psychological reason a viewer clicks, and name which of the four buckets my version would be winning on. output as a table, then three angle paragraphs underneath. do not summarize what is working in the niche. diagnose why. ---------------- STAGE 2: packaging ------------------- EFFORT: high. ctr decides whether the script ever gets watched. PROMPT: you are packaging a faceless youtube video before a single line of the script exists. - video angle: [paste the winning angle from stage 1] - niche: [niche] - target viewer: [be specific, not "people interested in history" but "25 to 40 year old men who watch documentary content late at night and have already seen the mainstream takes on this subject"] produce 12 titles. structure the set like this: - 4 curiosity gap titles (reveal an outcome, withhold the process) - 4 specificity titles (a number, name, date, or dollar amount doing the heavy lifting) - 4 contrarian titles (attack a belief the target viewer already holds) every title stays under 60 characters so it survives mobile truncation. no colons stacked on colons. no "you won't believe." then take your three strongest and build a thumbnail concept for each. for every concept give me: - the focal subject and where it sits in the frame - the emotional read on the face or object in under 5 words - the text overlay, 3 words maximum, and why those 3 - the contrast relationship between subject and background - what a viewer understands in 0.4 seconds of peripheral vision, before they read anything do not describe a vibe. describe composition. finish by naming which title and thumbnail pair creates the tightest promise, and state in one sentence exactly what the script now has to deliver to avoid a payoff betrayal. bear in mind that this composition will be later fed to ChatGPT images 2.0 for production ----------------- STAGE 3: the script ----------------- EFFORT: max. this is the one. do not cheap out here. PROMPT: you are writing a faceless youtube script built on retention psychology, not information delivery. - title: [locked title from stage 2] - thumbnail promise: [one sentence from stage 2] - video length target: [minutes] - format: [faceless documentary / listicle / story breakdown / explainer] first, before writing anything, build the framework and show it to me: for faceless content use character, concept, stakes. - character: who or what the viewer follows through the video. - concept: the single idea the video proves. - stakes: the deep emotional driver, not the surface benefit. "get more views" is surface. "spend another year building something nobody watches" is stakes. then write the script under these constraints. THE FIRST 15 SECONDS confirm what the video is about immediately. a viewer who does not know what they clicked into by second 8 leaves. state the subject, name the common belief, introduce the contrarian angle, promise something specific. frontload the most compelling material in the first 50 words. write the opening like a trailer: show the outcome, withhold the process. THE BODY every line does one of four things: introduces new information, moves the viewer toward the goal, creates tension by showing what failure looks like, or shifts their emotional state. a line doing none of the four gets cut. cut ruthlessly. structure around many payoffs, not one at the end. each payoff runs setup, then tension, then resolution, and the resolution immediately opens the next setup. the viewer never gets a clean moment to feel finished. plant a mini hook every 30 to 45 seconds. build tension first, let them try to guess, then reveal. giving the answer before the tension kills the effect. order the points deliberately: second strongest point opens, strongest point sits in the middle where engagement peaks, third strongest closes. watch the context to action ratio. minimal context to set the scene, then show the thing, then add context if the viewer needs more. scripts die from explaining. signpost constantly. remind the viewer where they are, what is coming, and why to stay. THE GRAND PAYOFF foreshadow the main payoff three times: once in the hook, once around a third of the way in, once around two thirds. each foreshadow tells the viewer this is coming and worth waiting for. the grand payoff connects every mini payoff into one system. it is not a surprise fifth secret. if the hook promised four mistakes, the payoff shows how the four compound. END ON A PAYOFF PROMISE satisfy the current curiosity, then open anticipation for the next video. output the full script with rough timestamps in the margin. write for the ear, not the eye. short sentences. no line reads like it was typed. ------------- STAGE 4: the retention audit --------------- EFFORT: high. opus 5 verifies its own work, so make it verify this. PROMPT: audit the script you just wrote against the four retention killers. be adversarial. you wrote this, so you are biased toward it. find the problems anyway. 1. DELAY DISEASE does the viewer know what this video is about by second 8? quote the exact line where confirmation lands. if the line sits past second 15, flag it and rewrite the opening. 2. CONTEXT DUMP find every stretch longer than 20 seconds of pure explanation with no demonstration, example, or scene. quote each one. rewrite the worst three. 3. PAYOFF VOID map every curiosity gap. for each one, mark where it opens and where it closes. flag any gap open longer than 90 seconds, and flag any resolution that fails to open a new gap immediately after. quote the dead spots. 4. GRAND PAYOFF BETRAYAL count the foreshadows of the main payoff. if fewer than three, say where the missing ones go. then check the payoff against the title promise word by word and tell me honestly whether a viewer would feel delivered to or clickbaited. then run the ai tell pass. strip: - any sentence in an "it's not x, it's y" shape - three short sentences of identical length stacked in a row - the same word or sentence skeleton opening two consecutive lines - rhetorical questions used to transition between sections - hedging language of any kind give me a retention risk score out of 10 for the first 30 seconds, the middle, and the final third, with the single highest-leverage fix for each. then output the corrected script in full. do not tell me the script is strong. tell me where it breaks. ------------ STAGE 5: production handoff ------------- EFFORT: medium, computer use enabled. opus 5 beats every model on computer use at any given cost, so stop pasting things back and forth. PROMPT: you have computer use. take the finished script and run production prep end to end. 1. break the script into voiceover segments at natural breath points, 15 to 25 seconds each, and export as a numbered text file. 2. for every segment, write a b-roll direction line: what is on screen, the shot type, and the movement. specific enough to search a stock library or feed an image generator without further interpretation. 3. build the visual asset list as a spreadsheet: segment number, shot description, search terms, whether it needs stock or generation, and a priority flag for the shots carrying the hook. 4. write the youtube description with the first two lines carrying the same curiosity gap as the title, then chapters pulled from the script timestamps. 5. generate 15 tags weighted toward search terms the target viewer types, not terms describing the video. verify your own output before handing back: open the files, check the segment count matches the script, confirm no segment runs past 25 seconds of spoken audio at 150 words per minute, and fix anything off before you tell me you are done. ------------------ STAGE 6: repurpose ----------------- EFFORT: medium. same session, context still loaded, no re-explaining. PROMPT: the script is finished. pull everything else out of it without re-writing from scratch. 1. find the single strongest 40 second stretch and cut it into a short. rewrite the opening line so the short stands alone, since a viewer landing on it has no context from the long form. 2. write two more shorts from the second and third strongest moments. each one opens a loop the long form resolves. 3. write a community post asking a question the video answers, without spoiling the answer. 4. write a newsletter section, 200 words, taking the one idea from the script with the highest standalone value. no "as i said in my video." it reads as its own piece. 5. write the pinned comment: one line of extra value the script left out, so it earns the top spot instead of begging for engagement. every piece keeps the voice of the script. nothing reads like a summary of the video. ----------------------- these prompts get you a repeatable pipeline. they do not get you the pattern data though a raw model has read the whole internet. a trained system has read 8,000 scripts that already worked, across 50+ niches, carrying 200M+ views of evidence about which hooks hold and which ones leak. and i've grabbed all that EXACT data (with those exact numbers) directly from my experience of scriptwriting videos for the biggest creators in the space and packaged it ALL into facelessOS: the best AI scriptwriting system and community in the world for faceless youtube, trained on $5M+ in client revenue generated with viral scripts DM me "OS" if interested (will respond to all of you)

Found this one scrolling gethookd tonight. Karen Buckley naturopath is running: "I genuinely thought arthritis just meant life was going to hurt forever." That opening line is quiet and true and honest, and that's exactly why it works. no shouting, no exclamation, no product tease. just a person naming the belief they used to hold. the reader who has arthritis nods before they even know what's being sold. Then the list of failed solutions: turmeric, fish oil, collagen, painkillers, every miracle supplement the internet swore by. that stacking is doing double duty. it builds credibility (she's tried what you've tried) and it isolates the product's differentiator (curcumin plus boswellia, not turmeric alone). the reframe is small but sharp: turmeric takes the edge off, boswellia is what closes the gap. Format observation: this is textbook advertorial copy. long, personal, single line paragraphs. probably runs as a facebook post format with a photo of a woman's hands or a supplement bottle. performance score is 91 which tells you it's actually converting, not just running. 35 days active with a 91-performance score. that combo is rare, and it usually means the ad has already survived multiple audience refreshes. this is a proven angle, not a hopeful one. Steal the angle, not the copy. lead with the belief your customer used to hold, then walk through the failed products before naming the missing ingredient. that structure earns trust before it earns the click. ad: app.gethookd.ai/share/ad/106… NOW GO FUCKING PRINT 🔥 I use @GetHookdAI to spy on 80M+ winning ads. Can you tell this video is 100% AI? Because I couldn’t. Okay, I actually could because we produce AI ads every single day, and I notice the small signs that tell it’s not real. But to the average person who’s not actively working on AI ads every single day? I don’t think they could tell. What do you think?

Sora 2 was so far ahead of its time this model came out in September and the outputs still look just as good if not better than anything today the main issue with it was the lack of controllability and how expensive it was if OpenAI decided to bring Sora back but this time added voice references and multi references, they would 100% be the leading model again here is a video I made with it using my V2 system It's sad to see such an amazing model go away

“How do I run telehealth ads?” You don’t sell the product. You sell the story. It’s almost always someone sharing a real struggle first, with only a subtle mention of the product and a simple “learn more” CTA. When brands can afford a $200–300 CAC, they aren’t chasing maximum retention. They’re filtering for the right customer at the right stage of awareness. Cast a broad net with the story. Narrow the audience with the product. That’s how powerhouse telehealth ads are built. Swap the persona. Rewrite the script. Repeat. 10–15 high-quality variations per day for under $50 with my v5.2 system Comment “link” for the framework link.
