Atrial bigeminy with rare aberrancy: left anterior fascicular block + left septal fascicular block (as demonstrated by the tall R wave in V2). QRS remains narrow. Again note the increase in R in aVL with LAFB. #ECG #cardiology

Interesting case. 88-year-old patient admitted to Pulmonology for pneumonia. History of aortic valve replacement with a biological prosthesis, AF, PM and heart failure. The patient was about to be discharged, but reported asthenia. Therefore, this ECG was taken

Type I, infrahisian second degree AV block.
One of the largest HV I have ever recorded
Case done with the portable EP recording system KardioSkater.

📈A 12-lead ECG. No STEMI criteria. A totally occluded LAD.
A 65-year-old man underwent angiography 15 hours after an NSTEMI diagnosis, despite ECG findings suggestive of coronary occlusion.
🫀A reminder of the clinical relevance of the OMI paradigm.

🟣 LBBAP 🟣
The ECG shows ventricular spikes in leads II, aVL, and V1–V4.
While not always present, an R or r wave in lead V1 is frequently observed during left bundle branch area pacing (LBBAP).
Earlier LV activation ➡️ the delay in RV activation in V1.

From #ECG acquisition to #cardiology in seconds — with no manual step required.
At Sant’Andrea University Hospital:
→ 5,629 ECGs analyzed
→ <17 sec median from alert to report opened
→ 94% within the 90-min door-to-balloon target

Atrial bigeminy with aberrancy, LAFB alone, different degrees. Look at the R wave in aVL and think about the value of modified Cornell. #ECG #Cardiology
