Learning about a new culture and place can be tricky so have some of my favourite things! I hope you like them! Try some Scottish tablet it is a creamy mouthful of sugar! Porridge is very good for you, but best to add a spoonful of jam, sugar or syrup! In the supermarket you can buy a packets of Aberdeen butteries, like bread rolls, best eaten toasted! I hope you enjoy exploring your new home, and if you can get away from the city and explore the countryside - Scotland is beautiful in all directions! Good luck and have fun! Warm, good-condition clothing is very welcome at the free Refuweegee Shop. We see over 70 people a week & our free shop is open to EVERYONE. Booking is preferred but we won't see anyone without a jacket or weatherproof footwear wherever possible 🧡
