Today is International Women's Day, so we asked our online community what message they'd share with young girls and women all over the world. This is what they told us.
ALT Your voice means something and has so much value
ALT You are never too much, too loud, too passionate, too weak, too feisty
ALT Be your own best friend. Practice self-care, listen to your needs and your dreams. Notice what uplifts you and what drains you.
ALT Never let anyone make you doubt your worth and value. You are enough.
