We genuinely couldn't educate and prepare beginning teachers without them. Partnership is stronger when mentors are valued.

A few years ago I started using the hashtag #MentorsMatter. It’s great that this resonates with so many people across education. I hope we never take mentors for granted. It’s a nuanced practice and mentors deserve our appreciation and support. @CollectivED1
