You can assign multiple parameters to any custom macro, allowing you to control a lot of different effects with even a single automation lane:

A new exciting EffectGrid update is Out Now! You can now automate all plug-ins you insert into EffectGrid. Just right-click the plugin you want to automate and click 'Link Parameter' to link it to a custom macro. You can then automate that macro in your DAW : )
