Trying to think what this does not have that a great white should. None. Cretian bitter lemon-rind on the nose. Sappy white-fruit wallowing in dappled warm afternoon sun. Cantaloupe, slightly salted, whisper of dry fennel. Gorgeous coaxing mouth-feel, but vitality is resounding.
