During my Advanced Bachelor’s in Global Citizenship and Development at the University of Leuven, I came to Uganda as an intern and joined Einstein Rising, where I worked with the Media Team to document impact stories and with the Skills for Change Team to organize the first Fashion Show, celebrating women who gained tailoring skills and showcased their creativity and achievements. The past 10 years of Einstein Rising have been inspiring. As a partner through the @Skills4ChangeUG, my hope is that we continue to support even more young people, especially those whose potential often goes unnoticed. I believe in giving young people opportunities because, when I was growing up, not many people believed in me. I know that when people gain skills, confidence, and the chance to grow, they can achieve great things.
