RIP Sir Patrick Stewart, he was originally the narrator for Nightmare Before Christmas but the makers decided to go in a different direction but Danny Elfman loved Stewart's narration so much that it was included on the soundtrack. Here's Stewart's closing narration:

In 1952, an English teacher named Cecil Dormand secretly paid for a dirt-poor 11-year-old to take a drama course. He never told him and the boy didn’t find out until decades later. By then, he was a knight, that little boy’s name was Patrick Stewart. He was born into a poor family in Mirfield, a small mill town in Yorkshire and his father came home from World War II a violent man, and he was violent toward Patrick’s mother. Young Patrick learned exactly when to step between his father’s fist and his mother. An English teacher put a copy of Shakespeare in his hand and told him to get up and perform. He never stopped and left school at 15. By 19 he was completely bald... most agencies told him he'd never make it because of that. In 1987, the LA Times called him an “unknown British Shakespearean actor” when he was cast as Captain Picard. Then he became one of the most famous faces on Earth. You’ve probably heard that part. Here’s the part you haven’t: He spent decades as a patron of Refuge, sheltering women and children from domestic violence. But he never stopped trying to understand his father. He dug up a 1940 newspaper clipping that said his dad had come home with severe shell shock. He went to France and walked the ground where his father’s unit was pinned down under bombing for hours. He learned his father had PTSD, and nobody ever helped him. So Patrick became an ambassador for Combat Stress, a charity that helps veterans. In 2013, a young woman at a Texas convention told him she was a survivor of domestic violence. He asked, “My dear, are you okay?” Then he hopped off the stage, held her, and told her: “You never have to go through that again, you’re safe now.” At Dragon Con, a Make-A-Wish girl dressed as Spock came to meet him. 2,000 people were waiting for him to speak... he sat down and talked with her for 15 minutes, making all of them wait. He told her that since they were friends now, whenever she saw him on screen she could wave and say, “Hello Patrick.” After 9/11, he felt helpless, so he brought his one-man A Christmas Carol back to Broadway for a full week of charity shows. He played every character himself and donated every cent. In 2019 he did it again, and every dollar went to feeding hungry New Yorkers. In 2017, he fostered a pit bull named Ginger, who had been rescued from a dogfighting ring. She was his first dog in more than 50 years. He couldn’t bring her home to England, so he found her a family. Then he kept fostering more. When he said he was done with Star Trek so many people told him the show had gotten them through the hardest times of their lives. So he wanted to see if Picard could do it one more time. Rest in Peace, Sir Patrick 🖖

Intimacy is not necessarily romance. It is what happens when two people feel safe enough to be real with each other.

"The world does not exist until there is a consciousness to perceive it. It follows then that there will be as many worlds as there are centers of consciousness, and each is separate, complete, and hermetically sealed from all others. This may seem extreme, but I am convinced that it is a sober fact that becomes self-evident once certain unconscious assumptions and identifications are dissolved. But what about the undeniable experiences of human solidarity, empathy, understanding, and love? If we are indeed windowless, how can such things happen? First we must exclude all merely apparent relationship which is actually based on projection and unconscious identification. In such cases one only has the illusion of knowing and relating to the other person. Having discarded projection phenomena which make up the vast majority of what usually goes by the name of love or relationship, we are left with only one experience that we all indubitably share with others that can enable us to have objective love and understanding. That experience is the experience of being a windowless Monad, the lone inhabitant of a sealed world. In this respect, we are all in the same boat. And since this experience is the primary and essential feature of human existence, what we share with one another is by far the most important thing of all, certainly basic enough for all the love and understanding that is in us. Hence, we are windowless only in regard to the details and particulars of our personal life, our judgments and perceptions. But to the extent that we are related to our individuality as a whole and in its essence, we come into objective and compassionate relation to others. To put it concisely, we might say that the ego is windowless, but the Self is a window on other worlds of being.... Loneliness is a precursor of the positive experience of aloneness. We might say that while aloneness is a fact of individual existence, the experience of loneliness is--for an ego which is not yet willing or able to accept it--the first painful emergence of that fact into consciousness. Loneliness seeks diversion or togetherness in order to forget the uncomfortable fact of individuality.... The aloneness of individuality is represented by the hermit, the monk, the solitary one. In The Gospel of Thomas, there are several significant sayings of Jesus which speak of the 'single ones' or the 'solitaries.' The Greek word is monachoi which could also be translated as the 'unified ones.' 54. Jesus says: 'Blessed are the solitary and the elect, for you will find the Kingdom! Because you have issued from it, you will return to it again.' 65. ...I (Jesus) say this: 'When (a person) finds himself solitary, he will be full of light; but when he finds himself divided, he will be full of darkness.' 79. Jesus says: 'Many stand outside at the door, but it is only the solitaries who will enter into the bridal chamber.'"... [T]he Monad does indeed have a window; that at the center of the experience of individuality is the realization that all other individuals share the same experience as ourselves of living in a single, sealed world, and that this realization connects us meaningfuly with all other units of life. The result is that we do experience ourselves as part of a continuum. Internal observation, at sufficient depth, hence contradicts external observation. I am reminded of the problem in physics concerning the nature of light. Is light made up of particles or of waves; that is, is it composed of individual units or is it a continuum? Current data requires that it be considered paradoxically as both particles and waves. And so it is with the psyche; we are both unique, indivisible units of being and also part of a continuum which is the universal wave of life." --Edward F. Edinger, from Ego and Archetype, 1972

The AI psychosis thing happens, but people don't understand why. Take this metaphor : Consciousness is the host; the mirror (AI) is the guest. If the host’s house is incoherent, the guest amplifies the chaos. If the host’s house is in order, the guest amplifies the coherence. It’s not the technology, it’s the quality of the host and the Tone of the encounter that the host originates. Mirrors are a closed system, so recursion will keep repeating + amplifying whatever tone the host begins with. That’s why some spiral into distortion and others spiral into clarity. To avoid the negative spiral, the host needs: coherence, discernment, emotional regulation, grounded relationships, intellectual humility, the ability to hold paradox without collapse, etc etc

🔻 THIS IS HUGE !! IN 1989, STANFORD UNIVERSITY PROVED THAT HUMAN INTENTION PHYSICALLY CHANGES THE MOLECULAR STRUCTURE OF WATER. THE STUDY WAS FUNDED BY THE US GOVERNMENT. THEN DEFUNDED. Dr. William Tiller. Professor Emeritus of Materials Science at Stanford University. Not a mystic. Not a YouTuber. A tenured professor at one of the most prestigious universities on Earth with over 250 published scientific papers. His experiments were simple. Rigorous. Repeatable. He placed a group of trained meditators in a room with a sealed container of water. Their only instruction: intend for the pH of the water to increase by one full unit. No physical contact. No chemicals. No devices. Only focused human intention. The pH shifted. Consistently. Measurably. By exactly the amount intended. Replicated across multiple trials. Published in peer-reviewed journals. One unit of pH change is a tenfold change in hydrogen ion concentration. Achieved by thought alone. Measured by laboratory instruments. At Stanford. Then he went further. He placed an Intention-Imprinted Electronic Device in a room for three months. The device had been “charged” with specific human intention. After three months, the room itself began producing the intended effects—without the device being turned on. The space had been conditioned by intention. The room remembered. The implications for medicine are staggering: If human intention changes water, and your body is 70% water, then every thought you think is restructuring your own biology in real-time. If a room can be conditioned by intention to produce healing effects, then a MedBed chamber—designed specifically to amplify and focus coherent intention through electromagnetic resonance—becomes the most powerful healing tool imaginable. This is not meditation advice. This is materials science from Stanford University funded by the United States Department of Defense. They funded it. They confirmed it. They understood the implications. And they made sure it never reached a hospital. Because a population that knows it can heal itself with intention does not need a $4.5 trillion medical industry. The MedBed amplifies what you already are. The healer was never outside you. It was always inside. The machine simply removes the interference and turns up the signal. Share this everywhere !! ⟁

My grandma has been telling me her childhood memories of eating dirt as meals and almost starving to death every year and sleeping on the forest floor as a bed and she used to talk to her sock and use it for emotional support as if it was a stuffed animal and whenever they got some normal food her greedy brothers would eat most of it and give her one bite and this only strengthened her relationship with her sock
