🥎 STL Fall Xposure Weekend Recap! 💜
Great weekend in St. Louis competing with @Aces_SoftballKC at the @Team1_fastpitch STL Xposure Showcase & @thealliancefp National Qualifier!
Started Friday at the Team 1 Exposure Camp! Huge thank you to all the college coaches who came out to watch, work with us, and share their knowledge + feedback! Such an awesome experience! 🙌
Didn’t get the finish we were hoping for, but battled against some great competition and learned a lot along the way!
🔥 At the Plate:
.417 AVG | 5 H | 6 RBI
🥎 In the Circle:
10 IP | 5 K | 3 BB | 1 Save
Some positives to build on and plenty of things to keep improving. @EliteHeatFP The work doesn’t stop here! 💪💜🖤

Making small adjustments to reach my goals. 🥎
Focused on using the ground to generate more power, driving through my hips, and getting full extension. Working to turn those adjustments into more velocity in the circle.
Thank you @EliteHeatFP!!! 🔥🔥
