Former professional MMA fighter Ben Askren says when he woke up after being in a coma for 45 days, he immediately decided to become a Christian after refusing for 15 years.
Askren says he passed away four times while in the hospital for a double lung transplant.
"I woke up and I [became] a Christian. I went with my wife to church for 15 years because that was part of the deal. I said, 'I'm not a Christian, but I'll support you.'"
"And it was really weird. When I woke up, I'm like, 'I gotta do it.'"
