There are two separate ways to get an IAO allocation:
1. PoA Card Airdrop
This option is exclusively for Proof of Agent (PoA) Card holders.
Allocation: 11,250 IAO per eligible card holder

2. BNB Presale
This is a separate participation route that doesn't require a PoA Card.
