Investing in the ithaca 37 is a genuinely good choice. I've fired roughly 2000 rds through mine over the years and have had 0 malfunctions even with short shells. With a full stock the recoil was nothing and while it def requires higher skill to shoot it comfortably in this configuration the compactness and pointability of it is ideal while hiking (mounted on my pack with a breachers scabbard) Pistol grip shotguns are often unfairly maligned as being shitty guns primarily by those who are unwilling to learn or practice until they're proficient. Like any gun it requires practice but this old girl hasnt let me down unlike many other firearms.

Lookin at grabbing a contour helmet cam, a light for other side, painting the helmet a dark gret and throwing team wendy pads in in addition to the mips. I love my protec but i need the extra padding for longer wear. Genuinely solid asf as an nvg mounting solution and camera + bump protection. For the price they're gtg if you add a ratchet strap for nv. Might do a counterweight too.
