Wearing of Lab coats or ward coats outside working area need to be urgently curtailed. I can categorically say that it's responsible for self_cross_re_infection.

Those whom U are jealous of, are already ahead of U, doubling up to envy will further make it impossible for U to meet up with them naturally.

When will Africans and African related scholarships, recruitment & endowment learn to exclude age limit as a criterion, we are practically setting ourselves backwards.
Abdul in Michigan, when will Abdul be in Anambra & Okechukwu in Borno?

Cherry Coke is mostly water so it hydrates fine, but five cans a day pack ~700 empty calories plus phosphoric acid and caffeine. Population studies link that level of sugary soda to higher risks of type 2 diabetes, weight gain, dental erosion, and possible kidney or bone effects over decades. Buffett is 96 and still sharp, so genetics, low stress, and pure enjoyment clearly outweigh the averages for him. Not medical advice.

BREAKING: UPDATE ON EBOLA DISEASE IN NIGERIA
Two suspected cases of Ebola disease have been identified in Nigeria’s North-East region. Both individuals have been isolated, contact identification and listing is ongoing, and laboratory testing is being conducted.
Being classified as suspected cases does not mean they are confirmed Ebola cases; confirmation is subject to laboratory results.
The public is advised to maintain good hand hygiene, practise enhanced sanitation and follow guidance from public health authorities.
Further updates will be provided as verified information becomes available.
National Broadcasting Corporation should look into the nefarious activities of @ARISEtv
Politics aside, AriseTV is an irresponsible media house that has positioned itself to promote lies, divisive narratives and employ incompetent and clueless individuals as public facing journalists. If nothing is done about their irresponsible media engagements, the danger they will do to public information dissemination will be beyond repairs.

Nigerian government through ministry of Justice, Information and National Orientation should sue @ARISEtv for peddling false information about a court judgement and creating panic among Nigerian citizenry
I came online yesterday to find many tags on my handle asking for my opinion on this case. My first reaction was to read from a reliable not a sensational source or get a copy of the charge sheet and the judgement. I have now read the judgment and agreed with my brother @Chinaluemmanuel to share our thoughts on it, against what’s already in public circulation.
For those who cannot read it all or who read it but couldn't understand, this is the summary.
Aisha is a 16 year old girl staying with her mother in Borno. The first accused person who is the only person convicted by the court and sentenced to 14 years imprisonment is her neighbour in Borno named Lami, a Christian. Now the gist is that Aisha had earlier been convinced from her school at the age of 13 by a teacher to leave her house and travel to Jos where she was converted to Christianity and spent a year. She eventually returned home to her mother after feeling homesick. Her mother then handed her over to Lami to help get her back to school and enroll her in WAEC. The same Lami also convinced Aisha who is now 16 to return to Jos and continue her Christian training without the knowledge of her mother. Lami enabled and sponsored Aisha to return to Jos while pretending not to know of her whereabouts when her mother was desperately searching for her. As a matter of fact, Lami was purchasing the household properties of Aisha's mother which she sold to enable her raise money to search for her daughter. Once again, Aisha felt homesick and returned to Borno to meet her mother after a year. Aisha then opened up to her mother about everything including the things Lami has been buying for her to enable her stay in Jos. Aisha's mother confronted Lami about it and it caused an uproar. The court found only Lami guilty of abducting Aisha and forcing her to convert to Christianity. She was sentenced to 14 years imprisonment amongst others.

I have not drunk water in the last 48 years — Billionaire Warren Buffett
Billionaire investor Warren Buffett has reportedly gone nearly five decades without drinking water, with his preferred beverage being Cherry Coke, according to fellow billionaire Bill Ackman.
Ackman, founder and CEO of Pershing Square, shared the surprising revelation during an appearance on the Equity Mates Investing podcast.
Recalling a dinner Buffett had at his home years ago, Ackman said he had stocked up on Cherry Coke, knowing it was the legendary investor’s favourite drink.
While they were at the dining table, Ackman offered Buffett still or sparkling water, but the 96-year-old declined and requested his usual soda instead.
Curious about his drinking habits, Ackman asked, “Don’t you drink water?”
According to him, Buffett replied, “Bill, I haven’t had water in 48 years.”
Buffett, who stepped down as Berkshire Hathaway’s CEO last December after six decades in the position and relinquished his chairmanship in September, is famously known for consuming about five cans of Coca-Cola daily.
In 2015, he jokingly described himself as “one-quarter Coca-Cola,” explaining that the beverage accounted for roughly 25 per cent of his daily calorie intake.
Beyond soda, Buffett is known for his preference for fast food and sugary treats, including McDonald’s, hot dogs, fries, popcorn, cookies, sweets and ice cream.
While taking advice about taking lots of water to stay hydrated during this heat wave, don't forget to be careful with the type of water. They will be increased in poorly treated water too

Kogi handlers are on X posting and minding their business. But whenever I post about insecurity in Kogi West, some Ibos flood the comment section insulting innocent people and even wishing them d€@th.
At first, I chose to ignore them and only responded occasionally.
Whenever @igalacentric posts about the history between the Igala and ibo people, they attack him without provocation. The same goes for @MikeAttahio3f and @KGM_Global
