City Hall spent $99.4 million on overtime in 2025.
It budgeted $65.2 million for 2026.
Come on.

But while @_MarkSutcliffe is using the mayor's office to funnel you contracts like this one for $30k, I understand @DavidColetto has some incentive to splash some cash for him.
