Courts don't take a โrecantationโ seriously unless the recantation takes the form of sworn testimony contradicting specific and material elements of the earlier testimony.
Not only that, courts require strong corroborating extrinsic evidence before they accept even a sworn proffered recantation. As the New York Court of Appeals (the state's highest court) has put it,

Talked to a domainer with a $1B+ portfolio and not surprised that 90% of it just sits.
That used to be strategy. Now it looks like waste. Tokenization isnโt some future bet, itโs already happening. Case in point:
