Attendees had the opportunity to explore four key areas impacting the energy supply chain, with each breakout featuring industry leaders sharing their perspectives on the topics shaping today’s business environment: 🔹 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗳𝘀— Ben Burt, @CWWLogistics, and Justine Lin, @WeatherfordCorp, examined the impact of trade policies and tariff measures on the supply chain, including sourcing, rising costs, disruptions, compliance challenges and procurement risks. 🔹 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲— Alex Krutz, Patriot Industrial Partners, and Jack Belcher, @CGAGroup, explored the opportunities and challenges shaping global energy markets, from market access and trade agreements to geopolitical developments and their impact on supply chain resilience and investment decisions. 🔹 𝗔𝗜 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀— Dr. Andrea Little Limbago and Jeff Bleier, interos.ai explored how companies are leveraging AI to improve operational efficiency and strengthen decision-making. 🔹 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹— Kierra Williams, @atlas_energy_ , and Kersten Metz, @bakerhughesco, focused on the workforce challenges and opportunities facing the industry, including building a skilled workforce, addressing labor shortages, upskilling employees for evolving technologies and supporting long-term organizational success. Following the breakout sessions, attendees reconvened to share key takeaways from each discussion, bringing perspectives from the afternoon’s conversations back to the group.
